Pls house I need solution to a friend of mine Qsat28. Ever since he has updated to the Autoroll software the decoder has been restarting every 30mins and it only whenever his watching Astral 28E(MultiTv) stations, 22W(MBC) stations or 16e(TVC) but when his watching the C-band e.i sport24 it doesn't restart at all. He has done the factory reset and he has also installed the outdated software which it doesn't restart but whenever he install the autoroll it started restarting.

normal but when u start taking cable
torwards any direction u will notice

taking cable to another direction will
normalise, note: not all cases, some

installation it used to happen like that, i
want to ask what could be the problem,
remember all other TPs on that sat use to be
okay except the mentioned above.
CABLE IS NOT THE FAULT COS THE CABLE IS INTACT.

Something happen to me today that have not exprienced since my years of installations,i tried to track Dstv for a customer but it didnt come up despite tracking multitv without problem. Pls house what could have be the problem because it was so funny to me.

what happens is that I have 3 to 4 dish on the roof which I'm not the only one using it e.i all the 4 dish have multiple output of lnb which is being use by my neighbor but theirs another neighbor of mine that want to join also but I thought that instead of him getting another multiple lnb, I now think maybe there should be device that can do that stuff.
