Pls can you xplain little how you got this 9e on your 1.8mtr motorised.

When you get to 4.8e, select a ku satellite that you're not using, edit one of the TP to 9e, then press your East button on the positioner remote and watch your signal level turn green and tune to the highest level. Now save it on the positioner.

I thought foreign affairs belongs to exclusive list in the constitution. When did State governments begin acting on the exclusive list? Please someone should enlighten me.

the "work with both polarity"doesn't stand true for all satellites,it only stands if that satellite has both V & H polarisations,and then the issue of polarisation being inverted comes to play.

What I mean is that, if you turn your lnb by 90 degrees, your polarity will change but it will still work with strong decoders. For DSTV decoders for example, your polarity must be around 9 o'clock but if you use strong decoder, your lnb can be at 6 o'clock and you will still get the same channels on the same frequency but on reversed polarity.
Most of these autoscan decoders will not work because the frequency and the polarity have been pre-programmed into it.

This is good news for Nigeria.

pls I track ses 5 @ 4.8'E purposely for Startime with strong4669 receive and I got maximum signal but when I put startime decoder there's no signal.what am I doing wrong? house pls help me.

Again make sure your polarity is correct. Strong receivers can work with reversed polarity but others may not. Make sure your lnb is around 6 o'clock.

You need to get another dish and face it opposite your DSTV dish. you need to call an installer to get it done.
