I can't wait please

No it isn't
PEJ Unchained was made as part of our "Sonbim Mini" Project where we rapid prototype simple, fun game ideas in days rather than months.
So we usually just create an Android version.
Though if there is a reasonable amount of intrest, we could create an iphone port...
Another option would be to put a html5 version online so you can play in your browser

I think i will prefer the USA to Canada....Yes i am going with my family, because i am thinking that bringing them few months after departing will not be easy as it seems, because if she is coming she need to prove to the VO that she will be coming back, at the moment she does not have a job to use as a tie to her home country.. correct me if i am wrong,

Hello VO,
I just completed my Msc Degree from one of the prestigious university from Europe and will be going for my Phd in the U.S around January 2015; my question is will it be possible for me to go with my wife and two kids since the course is going to be a minimum of 4 years? also
will going with my family not make the VO think i might not return since i do not have any tie to my home country and i am not fully employed?

Thanks for your response, Please are students asked to pay their entire one year tuition before they are allowed to resume or they are allowed to spread their tuition in 12 months, unlike UK on your resumption you are to pay your entire fees... If for some reasons you are unable to continue your studies are you allowed to defer or something and continue later?

abisolmi:

I thought people already answered you.
You don't need to apply for your family separately BUT it is safer to apply for them later to enhance your chance of being given. You need to have at least a year's tuition and living cost and some extra.
No you don't need to have all 4 years tuition but you need to show where the other yearly tuition will be coming from - in other words, hope you have a sponsor.
Having international certificate might help your own visa application but does little to convince your returning if you and your entire family are leaving at once.
From being here, i noticed there are resources available to students to help them bring their families down, for instance you could go to your local MPs and they could assist you. It is safer to first get your own visa first and then invite them over later. Its just my opinion, i don't have all the answers, can only respond to the best of my knowledge.

Hi it seems you are in Canada already, Please help me with answers to my question below,

I am making plans to study in Canada (PhD Level), I intend going with my family, wife and two kids; do I need to apply for them separately or I have to apply alone and submit their passport along with mine.

In this regard how much is expected to be in my account to cover my tuition and living expenses?

Do I need to have my entire tuition for the four years and living expenses in my account as Evidence of Financial Support?

Going with my family they might think I will not come back again, but I did my Msc. in the UK and came back will that help me.

abisolmi:

Lol. So here is an opinion from a married woman with a child. Get your visa first and then you can be prego if you wish. I actually heard that its better to have your kids while studying, lol. I however know someone though whose supervisor didn't want her to be prego cos she feels it might disturb her work and I know another who had her child during Phd but for visa purpose, please dont get pregnant yet. VO might feel that's the reason for leaving, rather than studies. in my case i deferred my studies for a year and had my baby first.
Travel / Re: Travelling To Canada Part 7 by amen1967: 8:05am On Dec 29, 2014
Hi Akani, you mean it will not be possible if i apply along with them? PhD is a long time (5yrs), and they should know that i cant leave them in Nigeria for five years now........and secondly the fees should be around $14k a year how much do you think i should have in the account to cover both the fees and the living exp to convince the Visa officer that i have enough...

akanni:

Pally, apply alone, when you get there, you can apply for your family.
Since you have a family, it would be expected that the family will be well take care of while you are away.
I don't think you need to have the tuition and living expense for the 4yrs but having it gives you a good advantage.
If you ask me, I will say have it with extra sefand you should be ok with the financial aspect of ur application.

Hi Please i think you are missing up my question with that of Fablady:, Please check and please provide answer to mine please, thank you
OtunbaJega:
why do you wanna get pregnant?,. To claim u have a baby born in Canada or what?...Dont u think dat would even affect your PhD program?..PhD students are normally fully funded....so u don't need to have all that money in your account..just something to see you through the first year would be ok

One has to look elsewhere but where can I go?

it is an option for those that can afford to live apart from their kids. Some people can't stay away for so long from their wives and kids.

Then I have to look else where, because I plan bringing my family over after securing job in Dubai but I think I should think of another country, which country that you think it will be cheap to relocate to with my family
bobkezel:

dubai is mostly dominated by single expats, and married couples that usually send their children home for education. With a salary of 3500, doubt the possibilty of your kid schooling in dubai along with other bills you have to pay. Even some people that earn more than 10k/month do send their kids to their home country. The high tuition is not only limited to dubai, but also applicable to other emirates. The government schools are strictly for locals, and a few arabs. This is as far as i know, i stand to be corrected sha.
Travel / Re: QATAR And UAE General Visa Enquiries by amen1967: 8:53am On Dec 24, 2014
It's quite a lot and one does not know the additional charges to come after paying the initial annual tuition fee, what about if one does not stay in Dubai and choose a neighboring town, will the cost reduce? apart from Dubai where else can one stay in the UAE that is save? how do Nigerians that earn as low as 3500 survive with their family over there? What i have read on this post is that most Nigerians are either security or working in the hotel which pay as low as 2000, does this mean that Dubai is for the singles?
bobkezel:

you can get a selfcon room in dubai for as low as aed4k, as for pri sch fess, it ranges from 15k dirham up per year, and that's likely the cheapest u can get. And that is for sch fees only cos u have to pay other fees seperately, like uniforms, text books, sports/games, excortions, now most schools insist on compulsory tablets for their pupil, which u must buy, and some other things.

It is always preferred to attest all educational certs. Some companies ask for attested certs. some don't. It depends on the position and company I think. You might want to consider attesting your UK degree as well.

See below it might help

Thanks

I dont know or sure if you have to Attest your Uk Certificate, others can enlighten you more on that. But as for your B.SC from Nigeria it has to be Attested. I don't also know about Attesting your Nebosh Certificate.

Thanks
