I used to have serious issues with confidence back in the days and I overcame using one major trick.

My major trick may or may not be ethical, I didn't care cos it worked.

What is this major trick I'm talking about, I insult my interviewers.

How do I pull that off? Immediately I'm called, I walk down, look at my interviewer, and say to myself. "See as this mumu dey look me".

At that point, I find myself smiling. Sometimes, I'm practically forcing myself not to laugh excessively and in an instant, the nervousness goes away. My confidence comes and before I know what's happening, the interview has ended.
