Which course and program do you intend to study in Canada and which school?

Sorry, the questions might seem personal, but I have my reasons for asking. Nb: Got my PPA 4years ago, graduated 2 years ago

I initially wanted to start at Fall (Sept) 2027 simply because I wanted to clock work anniversary at my place of work next March but I am not keen anymore on waiting for a whole year plus. So I want to bring it forward to Winter (Jan) 2027. I am fully self-funded. I intend to pay the full 2 year tuition upfront and do a GIC for the max possible sum and present both as part of my visa application docs including other savings in USD. So it is not a funding issue per say.

Visit visa is 100CAD per person and family biometric fee is 170CAD ( for family of 2 or more applying together). Guys correct me if this has changed.

Upload all the invoices/receipts you issue to your customers and those issued to you by your suppliers (if it applies)
Get a company letter of introduction introducing
you as the md/ceo (or whatever), do this with your company letterhead paper. Upload your company ID card.

Snap some picturesof you in and around your business area.

If you have some staff, get them to snap some group pics in/around your business area.

Share some email conversations about your business (if you have any).

You must do your best to convince the VO that you have an operational business.

And yes, deed of assignment, CofO, irrevocable power of attorney are also good to upload.

Funds in your account should not come as a lump sum.

Although, the fund was originally from land sales.
I only use my company invoice to show the payment, now i had to show company ownership..


From your advice, i think a detailed explantion on how the fund came through the comapanies invoice would do.
and for the land ownership thing, i am thinking of getting the DEED OF TRANSFER or CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.

The person has to be mindful of the course they are going for, business courses are no longer eligible for PGWP except they are related to Agriculture field.

As you can see, the VO reiterated the fact that you just registered your business (JAN 2024), that alone was suspicious, because the VO would ordinarily suspect that you registered a business solely for the purpose of your visa application.

Apart from the CAC you uploaded, are there any other documents you uploaded to authenticate your business?

1. No proof of Businesss Financial Establishment. ( I submitted CAC certificate)

yes, they will all have a separate application, yet under one profile. But one SOP will suffice for each of the application. the funds will change significantly. he can budget between 40 - 50m - approximately 40 - 50k CAD

Sure, getting CAC done now would raise an eyebrow but that wouldn't stop you from getting it, but you would have to double your effort in convincing the VO that your business has been operational for many years.

Stick to business related course since you are already in business and argue your case that the business program will be instrumental in strategically positioning your business and moving it to the next level. Canada don't do interviews, so your SOP is where you explain your case and convince the VO , while backing up your claims with relevant documents.

He stands a very good chance of getting an approval since he has a brother who is a citizen and he also has a verifiable place of work (which serves as a strong economic and home tie) and a multinational at that.

He needs a strong and convincing SOP stating the purpose of travel and the need to return back to home country. Relevant document(s) would be attached for every claim in the SOP.

For a family of 4, 30M would suffice (approximately 30,000CAD).

He must submit his statement of account also. His statement of account must show reasonable sum, also avoid lump sum. he must also show evidence of source of funds. He needs to prove his home and economic ties beyond every reasonable doubt. He must write a strong SOP to convince the visa officer that he will return back at the end of the program, while also providing documented evidence for every little detail. Good luck to him.

Pls I need tour input. So my brother os going to Canada for a church anniversary and he got an invitation letter already, someone in the church is also his sponsor.
Here are my questions.
Iz it compulsory he submits his own personal statement asides the sponsor's statement?
How much shoukd he put as what he intends to spend there for 7 days cos the sponsor has stated in the letter that he's solely responsible for accomodation, living expenses and transportation.

every case is different. give an elaborate explanation of your case and back it up with relevant documents. I got approval in just 10 days.

Just apply for a visit visa and state your intention to visit your home country. It's gonna be an express approval provided your work permit is still valid.
