GOD HAS DONE IT, GOD HAS DONE IT. WHO SAYS THERE'S NO GOD, COME AND I WILL INTRODUCE YOU TO THE ANCIENT OF DAYS. IT'S PPPPPPPPPRRRRRRRRRRRR just yesterday I was super worried my application has lasted 5months 5 days and God showed up to calm the storm. Just returned from blessed sacrament, thanking, praising and worshipping God for his plan for me and my family, few hours later did the routine check on my portal and hurray My PPR is well sitted there, haven't gotten any messages yet. Application submitted 21st May 2022 Biometrics 25th May Medical 26th May 2022 Medical passed 28th May 2022 First GCMS notes 12th July and nothing has been done. Second GCMS 30th August yet to arrive. Lots and lots of emails and webforms scheduled twice three times daily. BVL AND PPR 26th October 2022. The joy is overwhelming. Thank you Jesus amila20042001: 22weeks 3 days!!! Honestly, sincerely, frankly speaking, without mincing words I am seriously very tired. The psychology Wahala no be here. You can't afford to make medium term plans let alone long term plans. Canada is a developed country, it's not supposed to be like this. How can one file an application, then start waiting for 3 - 6 months, sometimes 9-12 months. There's no justification whatsoever for this. |

E tire me Thomsyne: Waoohhh! Damn. Not coool, this one. And as you rightly said, for a developed country, I don't seem to understand the justification for this. Its not like these applications are paper-based or they are being manually moved around. |

Johnstan, thanks for your input, I'm not a novice when it comes to form a transaction. I have been processing form A as far back as when you walk into the bank and pick up the form, then initiate and consummate all at branch level. I'm well aware that it takes at least 4 weeks, I only wanted to know from the poster his timeline and if 4-6weeks timeline is still maintained. Cheers johnstan: Got a mail from UBA stating that it now takes 4 - 6 weeks.
Your application is only just about 4 weeks so chill and hope it doesn't extend to 6 weeks.
Good luck. |

When did you submit the form A to access bank? I have a pending transaction since 21st of September socially4fun: I used Flywire to generate a tuition deposit invoice of $1119 (1500 cad) and Access bank charged me $45 in charges. Is this normal? I feel the charges are much. |

Congratulations Nerd95: My God, finally PPR has dropped, March Applicant.
Timeline: Applied: March 9th Biometrics: March 14th Upfront Medicals: April 5th
June 14th: applied for GCMS Notes
........................... The long wait. Sent mails to IRCC and MPs. All MPs said they couldn't help because I am not living in Canada.
Sent mails to IRCC requesting that my application be expedited, Nairobi office nor send my mail lol. Abuja sha replied and gave me a special link to raise a webform. I raised webforms tire, still no reply from IRCC. Raised webforms, got generic responses.
September 1st: I requested for my school to send me a letter stating that I need to resume before September 18th, and that I am a funded research student. Letter arrived that same day.
September 19th: Admission was deferred to January start.
The wait was affecting me mentally. Had to take my mind off it to focus on my live.
September 28th: GCMS notes arrived. Says "Recommend Interview".
October 6th: Sent my new admission letter to IRCC stating that my admission has been deferred.
October 17th: woke up with a holy anger and send mails to IRCC requesting that my application be expedited because I think I have been unfairly treated by having to wait for 7months for a visa whereas others are getting theirs in 3 months.
TODAY OCTOBER 20TH: PPR & BVL Dropped.
Documents: Admission letter SOP Funding letter. My bank statement and that of my brother. My payslip from my work place. My employment letter. My promotion letter at work. My CV My BSc certificate My transcript My NYSC certificate Police Certificate My mother's land survey doc Picture of me, my brother and mum. My brother's bank statement My WAEC My Age Declaration
My people, I am grateful to God. All the glory to Him. |

I wish you God's grace and divine favor also Cheers Tolifefun: what do you mean by "mere assumption" you were not the one that asked a question, response not meant for you,why quoting... That you have not received a response is not applicable to everyone. |

Unnecessary delays? That's just mere assumption. Me wey submit application and do medical since 21st May, medical updated 28th May, I never hear anything else since then. Today is exactly 21weeks after I submitted my application. God's Grace and Favor is my prayer point Tolifefun: go and do upfront medical ,so as to avoid unnecessary delay |

@ the bolded, honestly the poster really needs some help, an urgent help. Truth is some people do need help, even without realizing that. I can offer some sort of help, FOC, I'm a psychotherapist. You can hit me up if you don't mind bepositive11: Charito, to be honest, I know when I am rude. I know when I am out of line. It's you that cannot recognize when you are rude and out of line. You honestly lack self awareness.
Stop taking what people say about you personally. Stop taking your visa rejection personally. It does not define who you are. Who knows? The rejection was probably God working in your favor.
People become like you because of their childhood upbringing. You weren't born the way you are today. Only you know what your story is. For you to come out and rain insults on people like this anyhow, it's not normal.
All I will say is quit all this drama. Call me idiot or whatever you want, I don't give a f*ck because I know who I am. I don't take senseless comments from people who barely know me seriously.
Again, you need some help and I am serious. It's only you who can help yourself. As long as you're not willing to take a look at yourself and admit that you have a problem, no one can help you. |

SOP is used to express/explain all the concerns pertaining to your application while LOE is used to express/explain a particular concern in your application. Also, LOE is typically used to address the reason/s relating to one's refusal. quinstershaw: Hello All, Congratulations to all those who got PPR and those expecting, yours is on the way
Please what's the difference between SOP and LOE? |

checked it out, tuition is far above my budget. Which schools can i get for not more than 20,000, even if it's PGD or PGC full time study Promoter2: Because most dental related courses are either professional courses for medical practitioners or online courses. I saw a 1year Dental Public Health program @ U of Dundee for 27,000 GBP.
Maybe you should look at Public Health Programs or other fields of interest. |
