The phrase has been hijacked by some elements.

Let's wait for interview mails before making any conclusions. The mail sent never stated if anyone is proceeding to the next stage or not.

It only states "congratulations for completing the second round of the test..... then proceed to upload certificate"

Anyone can get this mail either you scored 20% or 98%.

Let's be patient and wait for interview mail.

if that is d case, y not every body that received d mail, and y is it that only those with d score of above average got d mail. I think this is d answer for d next stage.

I lost confidence in this recruitment, and it is better for me to zero my mind from being too ambitious in this career. Once again congratulations to d successful candidates.

No more quota system at all

The mail didn't completely tell us that is only for those that were successful.

may be he want to say 50,000 applied, and they want to recruit 20,000. Though the figures
is still high.

A friend father called someone in NCDMB and they told him 500,000 applied and they'd be taking 200,000 people.
