Maybe she believe in the fact that the constant thing in life is CHANGE.
OR
She is mature enough to consider that public display of marriage engagement, doesn't make sense since it is not a warranty for the actualization of the proposed marriage.
OR
She may consider it as a display of childishness in public although other believed it to be a public display of affection. And it become disgusted if the guy and lady lack the humor, intelligent and personality to handle it in the public.

Above all it is unnecessary public display of pride and imprudent.

On what grounds? I know he's noisy, annoying and really dealt with APC but why the notice? When will all these parties stop hitting on each other? So because he's PDP and APC is the winning party they want to get back at him? Why cant they see beyond their noses? Even if they want to impeach him let it be on a moral grounds and not because APC want him impeached.Nigeria politicians sha.......always selfish
