Still available. Let's talk today.

Even with 3g on and heavy browsing plus downloading, I still get nothing less than 12hrs onscreen time. For me that's more than enough, perhaps you are yet to calibrate your battery.
Don't get me wrong, I equally get well over 12 hours of use with the phone constantly on 3G even after I charge the phone once a day. I also use it as a WiFi hotspot enabling me to use my laptop and Nokia Lumia 1320 as well.

The Lumia used to serve this purpose, but the battery life is nothing compared to the beast in the Gionee M2.

Meanwhile, how do you calibrate the battery?
PhonesRe: Airtel Launches New Android Data Plan 1+1 Offer by amnps: 7:19pm On Oct 09, 2014
eddyland:
What an offer from Airtel! Airtel has launched a new Airtel android data 1+1 offer that offers eligible SIMs whooping 4GB for 2K and 9GB for 3.5K both valid for 2 months.

This was coming at the hills of the just concluded Airtel BIS 1+1 offer. This time around Android users that have eligible SIM can now heave a sigh of relieve with this latest offer.

And the good thing is that all airtel data bundles can be used on any device of choice and not necessarily Android alone, including these latest offer.

http://highteknology..ro/2014/10/wow-airtel-launches-android-data-11.html
Even if my sim is eligible, I will stick to my MTN. Airtel is so damn crappy.

Best price?
Do get in touch via any of the stated media (phone and BBM) so we can talk. Be rest assured that any search made at the Ministry of Lands (Alausa) will indicate nothing, but correctly titled documents. You're dealing with a very reputable family in Lagos state.

You can't get any land better than this in the whole of Ago, Okota again!

3G is a serious battery drainer. Even the Gionee M2 isn't spared. Chai!!!

The battery life of the M2 is simply stunning. The last time I charged my phone was on Friday morning and 2 days after, it's just gotten to 50% despite switching between 3G and WiFi.

swisscarter: welcome to gionee

the next thing is upgrading to KitKat
Upgrade to KitKat? I don't think I will want to do that now especially via the highly manual way as explained on the Gionee facebook page. I'll just wait till the OTA version comes out (if at all).
PhonesRe: Infinix Zero Complaint Thread by amnps: 1:45pm On Oct 02, 2014
I used the Infinix Zero for just one week (September 23 to October 1) and sold it off thereafter cos I couldn't stand the abysmal battery life (1920mAh) and also the fact that I always had to handle the phone like an egg since there's no matching protective case on the open market for now. Gorilla glass or not, the screen will break if it drops to the floor.

The Gionee M2 might not be the most beautiful phone around, but then, I have fallen in love with the awesome battery life. I bought one immediately after selling of the Infinix.

PhonesRe: Infinix zero discussion thread! by amnps:
For anyone interested in buying the Infinix Zero, I'll say go ahead and buy cos it's a beautiful and sleek phone which would get you attention anywhere especially if you're lucky to have the gold 16+2 version like I had. I ordered for mine on konga on September !9 and got it delivered on September 23 and I used it for just one week before selling it off on October 1.

But then comes the down sides. First of all, you have to contend with the very awful battery (1920mAh). In fact, I was charging mine at least 3 times daily cos I'm always online switching between 3G and WiFi. Also, because the phone doesn't have any cool protective case that would match it for now on the open market, you're saddled with handling your phone like an egg. I say this because if you 're (un)lucky to have the phone drop to the floor, I assure you that it will get damaged as it is a very fragile phone. Gorilla glass or not! Remember you have the glass on both sides of the phone. The screen is just scratch resistant.

If you feel you can handle these 2 cons, go ahead and hit Konga for yours.
PhonesRe: GIONEE M2 Discussion Thread. by amnps:
I ordered for an Infinix Zero on September 19 and got it delivered on September 23 and used it for just one week and sold it off yesterday, October 1. The Infinix Zero I must say is a very cool phone that feels sleek in the hand especially the gold 16+2 version that I had, but I just couldn't cope with the fact that I had to charge it at least three times everyday cos I'm always online.

The Gionee M2 was the phone I got next. The screen resolution and UI of the M2 isn't the best you can get around, but the battery capacity is simply stunning. After getting the phone on October 1 (my Independence phone), I had it charged fully for about 3 hours and left it still plugged in for another 1 hour and have been online ever since then switching between 3G and WiFi yet I still have 73% as at 12.45pm today. I don't have to bother myself with carrying a power bank or my charger.

The other fascinating thing are the contents of the phone package which include the phone, battery, earpiece, screen protector, OTG cable, standard charger with USB cable, 2 back covers (black and white) and especially the flip case which the Infinix Zero definitely lacks.

My Gionee M2 and Nokia Lumia 1320 are surely a nice pair that would serve me well.

Why not go for the MTN SME shared data bundle? You can get 2GB for 2k, 3GB for N2,900, 4GB for N3,800 all from a 3rd party vendor.

Location was to be Gbagada, but the despatch guy called me on Monday and so I gave him a new address in Isolo, otherwise the phone would've been delivered on Monday.

I took delivery of my Infinix Zero yesterday, Tuesday, Sept 23 after placing an order on Konga on Friday, September 19. I think the phone is beautifully crafted, but the only downside to me is the battery life which I find crappy. I knew this before placing an order for mine and so I'm not gonna complain. In any case, thank God for power banks.

It's an awesome phone anyway.
