IF HE DIDN'T GET THE STATE OF LOCATION OF THE FACTORY, THEN HE SHOULD JUST NEGOTIATE WITH THE FACTORY ABOUT SUSPENSION OF PAYMENT BENEFIT FOR 3 MONTHS TO ENABLE HIM REDEPLOY FROM THAT STATE TO THE STATE OF THE FACTORY and following the step above
