Abuja (AFP) - The Nigerian commander of a new multinational force set up to fight Boko Haram Islamists on Friday pledged to bring an end to their six-year insurgency "very soon". "I assure (you), by the will of God, that I will live (up) to expectations and we will see the end of this menace very soon," Major General Iliya Abbah said at a ceremony in Abuja, where he was formally appointed chief of the Multinational Joint Task Force. The 8,700-strong force has its headquarters in the Chadian capital N'Djamena and is expected to be more effective than a regional offensive launched earlier this year to fight Boko Haram, whose insurgency has claimed some 15,000 lives. "As soon as I get on the ground, everybody will take position," Abbah said, adding that troops would be deployed "any time from today". Abbah was named commander on Thursday, when Nigerian President Muhammadu Buhari said during a visit to Cameroon the force would be ready to go into action "by the end of this month". The force will contain troops from Nigeria, Cameroon, Niger and Chad, with Benin also committed to help. However Buhari also complained of a lack of resources, saying: "After the promises of G7 countries to help the region defeat Boko Haram, we are waiting for training, equipment and intelligence assistance." Abbah, a Muslim from northern Nigeria, previously served as the army's military secretary, where he was responsible for promotions, postings and retirements, and was also part of Nigeria's contingent to peacekeeping operations in Sudan's troubled western Darfur region. On Friday Abbah described his new assignment as "familiar terrain". "I assure you, when we hit the ground, the story will be different... The formation of the Multinational Joint Task Force is the best thing that has ever happened to the region," he said. Nigeria's army chief Major General Tukur Yusuf Buratai described Abbah as a "seasoned, experienced" infantry general. "He did extremely well to contain Boko Haram from spreading into the northwest," Buratai said at Friday's ceremony. yea.. SCH 1747 "android 4.3 & was unable to boot into download mode or Odin.
The notification light always light up whenever i plugin my charger.

i think the unbricking method on this post will work the only problem would be having the debrick img for your device and a memory card that has the same size as your internal memory..u can search for the img file of your device on the net, i'll also do same for you

clear whatsapp data and uninstall it after that install it again and when your number is demanded, give space in between the numbers eg +234 000 000 0000

if the sms verification fails, use the call me opt and patiently wait for the call

open your play store app and search for "whatsapp messenger"and download it (thats if you've not done this before) but if u have already done the above steps and its not working 4 u,could u pls explain the problm

rename the game you downloaded to ".ISO or .CSO" and try again
as for the ppsspp gold is a paid app except u are rooted u can't get the original ppsspp gold. hope this helps

Morning to you all.
I know many pple would have seen and may even be experiencing this kind of response on our Android (I use tecno) devices. It usually displays the notification when you want to install some apps, as such it will necesitate that you uninstall some apps from the phone.
Even after some times, this notification will still prop up again.
If you have experienced this in the past, pls how did you go about it? Is there any software that can move the "phone only" apps to the SD card? so as to free some space on the phone.

simply go to settings and to sd or storage then to "make more space" options something like that(not so sure though)..You can also download "link2sd"app i'm sure that will help

I know exactly how it feels when your beloved phone get bricked by doing one form of hacking or the other...i'm also a victim and this method i'm about to share worked well for me if only you follow corretly..
lets get started:
Note: This will only work if you have
hardbricked your phone (tried
downgrading bootloader) and it
doesn't turn on AT ALL. No Odin mode,
no recovery, etc.
If you can still get into recovery or
download mode, but not the ROM

A few prerequisites,
1) This may or may not work, there's no
guarantees.
2) If this does not work, you will need a
JTAG.(experienced technician's effort)
3) If it does work, you will be forced to
keep 4.3, there's no downgrades.
What you will need:
-A hardbricked verizon galaxy s3
-A microSD Card
-Windows or Linux computer
-Debrick file

For WINDOWS
1) Download win32diskimager
2) Download the debrick file for your
OS version
3) Unzip the debrick.zip and extract
debrick.bin
4) Run win32diskimager
5) Connect your SD to your computer
6) In win32diskimager, browse for the
extracted debrick file
7) Select your microSD in the dropdown
box
Write!
After that,do the following
1) Remove the microSD card from
computer
2) Remove the battery from your device
3) Insert your debrick microSD into
your phone
4) Insert battery into phone
5) Turn on device, if you're lucky, it'll
boot all the way.
*It may take a few burns to your SD for
it to work. Keep trying!
You might be wondering how this process works but not to worry here's a simple FACT:All android phones boots from its internal memory...so with the internal memory being damaged(
bricked) your phone then look for another medium to boot from(thats where your sd come into play)
MIND YOU!! You'll have to leave your sd in phone till your internal mem(bootloader) is fixed

TO FIX BOOTLOADER
1) You were able to boot into the ROM
2) Plug your phone into a computer and
use MTP mode
3) Move the debrick file onto your
internal sdcard (/sdcard/debrick.bin)
4) Disconnect your phone
5) Open up a Terminal Emulator on
your phone and input this code

6) Reboot
Congratulations, your bootloader is
restored.
Restoring stock recovery
1) You were able to boot into the ROM(booting normally
2) Plug your phone into a computer and
use MTP mode
3) Move this recovery.img onto your
internal sdcard (/sdcard/recovery.img)
4) Disconnect your phone
5) Open up a Terminal Emulator on
your phone and input this code

6) Reboot
CONGRATULATIONS!!!!, your recovery is
restored.
Once your stock bootloader and
recovery have been restored using a
terminal on your phone,
you should remove the SD and
reboot your phone. It should turn
on.
If not, try again. the next post will containsteps for linux/mac users
