My people. Gòod morning. Hope we are all enjoying the wewkwnd. I have a question. If someone moves to the Us with his/her entire family on a tourist visa. A close relative of the wife/husband files for them: 1. Would they need to come back to Nigeria to pick up their F4 visa OR they would stay back in America and get their papers. 2. Would the process be faster rather than waiting 14years in Nigeria.to finally get a green card. Pretty 16 and gurus in the house. Kindly assist |

Thank you.
You are welcome. We are here to help each other. Creating this thread was equally a blessing to me. On your question all you need to do is to contact NVC via email to update your Case. Remember to type in your case number, beneficiary name, date of birth, petitoners name, date of birth before proceeding with ur request to add your family to your case.
|
Hello people, thank you pretty 16 for creating this thread. Now i know that i am not the only one waiting. It also gives me the courage to ask immigration questions. I just read that Trump is introducing new measures for people like me in the petition category. I juat pray all things work together for our good. Please how can i update my information like change of marital status, change of address. How can i add my husband and child to my category. I am under F4 |

Being refused twice, though i was told i can apply again. I have been filed for. Please kindly advise me on what to do. Gurus in the house, kindly respond |
Hello my people. Good day to you. I would like to seek your advise. My mum filed for me when i was unmarried. She is a Us citizen. Now i am married with children. I have also changed my passport to my husband's surname. When my mum filed for me. She mistakenly filled the wrong adress. So my welcome letter is yet to be received by me. If NVC sends me a mail to pick up my visa. What do i do? Gurus in the house please advise |

Please if i want my toddler to accompany my mum who is a US citizen. Is it possible my toddler would be given the B1/B2 Visa. She would visit and come back. |
Budget like 5m |
Thanks for your reaponse. Been to the UK and Italy. I haven't travelled for 3 years now. What do you advise that can give us chances of getting a US Visa. OmoBendel24: |
GiftyDiamond:From my little knowledge. I think they didn't just want to five mum cos of down other reasons. It might be the way daughter n son inlaw got papers might have been the usual way. Though they are residents or citizens now. I was denied a US Visa to attend my brother's wedding. Everyone in my family went na only me no dey there. I re-applied immediately I was refused again. I Just decided to free the US Embassy. I cannot come n kill myself because of America. I just believe when the right time comes. I would be given. I think your mum should wait for some months before she reapplies. Even though i know she so wants to be there for the birth of her grandchild. All this denials. It's we Nigerians that caused it. Especially the ones that become citizens via fraud. Fake marriages n the likes. |
I want to travel on vacation to America. I am married with a baby. Not employed yet. Is it possible for I and my family to apply and we would be given. My husband is employed. I have been filed for and they are aware at the embassy. I applied some years back but was denied. I have been hesitant on applying again. Should we go ahead. Seyewest and the clan..the question is for you. |
Kindly advise if it's possible I can apply for a US visit visa with my child. My husband would be in nAija. Though I am not working but I have some money enough to foot our bill. I have a pending petition. I was applied when I was single but was denied. Now that I am married do I stand a better chance. Cos this American Embassy interviewers can be funny. Gurus in the house over to you. |
