Los Angeles police have arrested the suspected killer of rapper Nipsey Hussle, who was shot and killed outside his store on Sunday. Police said on Twitter that Eric Holder was arrested Tuesday. Police described a dispute between Holder and Nipsey Hussle of a "personal nature," and said Holder appeared in front of Nipsey Hussle's clothing store more than once before shooting him. The LAPD chief said Holder is a member of a gang. LAPD Commissioner Steve Soboroff read a letter Nipsey Hussle wrote to the LAPD prior to his death. Soboroff said a planned meeting between the department, members of Nipsey Hussle's family and his label Roc Nation will continue as scheduled. Before his death, the rapper planned to meet with police officials to discuss ways to fight gang violence in the city. Moore talked about the suspect in the murder of rapper Nipsey Hussle. He has been identified as 29-year-old Eric Holder, and he is not in custody. "We continue to seek the public's help and assistance." Moore said. "We want the public to help us to apprehend and identify Mr. Eric Holder." Moore then addressed Holder directly: "To Mr. Holder, who I am confident is watching this, I ask him to surrender," Moore said. The LAPD chief said there was a dispute between Holder and Hussle of a "personal nature," and that Holder appeared in front of Hussle's clothing store more than once before shooting him. "We believe this to be a dispute between Mr. Hustle and Mr. Holder. It appears to be a personal matter between the two of them," he said. The LAPD chief also confirmed Holder is believed to be a member of a gang. "We believe Mr. Holder is a member of a street gang," he said, but added that police believe the murder does not appear to be gang related. Moore did not identify the gang by name, saying it was "not appropriate for a law enforcement official to do." The Los Angeles Police Department said they will be establish an office of violence prevention to tackle gun violence and help with support for the families of victims of homicide. "The issue of gun violence cannot be minimized," a spokesperson for the department said. middle aged woman, Esther Ibemecha, has escaped death by a Fulani herdsman who threatened to cut off her head. The incident which happened on Sunday, 31st March, 2019, along No.1 Peoples Road, by Water side, Ogbor hill Aba, thrown the area into panic as youths threatened reprisal attack on Fulani herdsmen. Speaking to the victim, Esther, who runs a beer parlour also an indigene of Asaga in Ohafia LGA, Abia State, who was admitted at General Hospital, Eziukwu, Aba, she narrated how the incident happened. She said; “Yesterday, Sunday 31st of March, around 4:30 PM, I said let me go to my shop and relax at No.1 Peoples Road, Ogbor Hill Aba. “While on my way going to my shop I couldn’t pass through because herdsman with his cows blocked the way. I asked the herdsman to move the cows out of the shop area, but the herdsman threatens to cut off my head. “I insisted that the herdsman should please move his cow… but before I could know what was happening, the herdsman hit me with a stick and as if that was not enough, he brought out a machete, trying to cut off my head, I defended it with my hand and it cut off my four finger nails. “When the herdsman sees that blood is gushing out, he intended to runaway, I pursued him with the blood and luckily for me, I saw an Army checkpoint near the area, they helped me and catch the cattle herder. They didn’t do him anything, only kneel him down and flog him with the machete, she narrated. Also speaking, Elder U.O Kalu, chairman of the area, who corroborated the story said The herdsman after inflicting injuries on the woman ran away but was caught by some military men, who took him to the Eziama police station. A Comrade Ogadinma Nwalaocha, on his own part pleaded with the government to order the herdsmen to stay away from the area. “We want the herdsmen to stay off our area. They always destroyed our crops. With this development.
