I learnt some mosques are already praying tarawih in preparation for fasting tomorrow, no announcement in my neighbourhood mosque yet. It seems people won't be united in this year's Ramadan.

My case was not only that I learnt but in the mosque I prayed my I'shai b4 I even completed my Salat the Imam had already started the taraweeh. I pray ALLAH strengthen us in faith and make our feet firm on the right path of the deen.

The people that prayed today are not to be blame as much as the Imaam that lead the prayer for them. I pray ALLAH makes us see the truth and be able to not only accept it but also follow it. (Ameen)

There is no direct answer to your question. The first command ALLAH gave to us is to know Him b4 we even worship Him that is the importance of knowledge knowing about ALLAH through HIS creations and most importantly HIS words which is the Qur'an so if there is another way you can do these(I.e.Know ALLAH's words without learning the language in which the deen was communicated) u can subscribe for it. Well with that you can see a doctor preferably sm1 u know or u were recommended to and explain in full to him and see what he/she can do to help out

Well the case could be in two possible ways. First is have you been posted ? while if you have not then don't register for Nysc U could do that when u are better. But if you have been posted u hv to first report at the camp b4 anything can be done. I recommend you go to camp with your health status report from a federal government hospital (it's better) and register yourself immediately at the camp's clinic where they might give you a pass for anything you are not fit to do.
