Na female bosses worse pass, i always go to my desk even as a grown up man to weep my eyes out. She sure knows how to dehumanize her staffs with her mouth, thats why it pays to work in an organization with board of directors and share holders not one man business called Company. Whether owned by Nigerians, Chinese, lebanese or Indians.

I remembered when i was working with a logistics firm in Ikeja and my boss was a pain in the arse. He talks down on you and makes you loose your sellf worth and dignity that sometimes you dont believe in yourself again.

Our major client then was Nigeria Brewries so i was the face of my company there and i was close to most of the Ogas in their Hqtrs. One day my boss took out his nasty attitude on me in a meeting with some senior staff there in Nigeria breweries. The Ogas were suprised wih my boss attitude towards me there that the meetng had to be adjourned.

I just knew then that its time to take hold of myself or i will loose every little respect i have. Before we left there i called my boss by his first name *John* never you try that thing you just did to me inside there again. Im not your slave and i refuse to be one. When we get to the office fwd my last month and this month salary to my account or else ........
I left him there for home, i also told him to expect my resignation letter tomorrow on his desk.

The next day i got my salaries and a text of apology from my boss but i never went back to that company cos ive built up my client base when i was enduring his insults.

Our fears today is because we are scared of the Unknown but we should know that if that your arrogant and silly boss caan do it why cant you do it.

Remember you learnt some business ideas from him and you also have yours so you are fully loaded
can we be friends ..I am in this shiit..the ish is much and I have built a large client base and gatherers much experience ...I am scared of taking these ish at 40s ..I have made up my mind

I will leave ...let me have ur Num.... like your type

PoliticsAPC: Time To Consult Or Throw In The Towel!!! by AmuDimpka(op): 9:01am On Mar 30, 2016
From the way it looks now...I can categorically say that APC was preparing for defeat during the 2015 polls than to win. I feel it is the best time to eat the humble pie. This complaining, whining and chastising will see them no wear. They are in quagmire and from the look of things it seems that God has forsaken them and the devil has abandoned them. Technically speaking they are on their own...with their die hard loyalists whom are termed “zombies” by the “wailers” who are in the opposition.

Now in Nigeria it seems that Mr. Truth has been sacrificed to the altar of mediocrity and he is bleeding the way our Lord bled. He ( Jesus Christ) bled for our sins and brought us salvation but in this context Mr. Truth has been sacrificed, he is bleeding and bloody while the dramatis personae in the present day political arena junkets around the globe. Some say it is the hangover of victory while others term it as the carryover of ineptitude. Whatever is it, it is as simple as this: APC has lost steam; APC has lost the grip on economy, on society, on security, on forex and also on CAPEX/OPEX.
I feel that it is high time we brought these seasoned technocrats back. People like

Ngozi Iweala
Pat Utomi
Charles Soludo
Magnus Kpakol and many others

THIS IS THE TRUTH AND THE GOSPEL TRUTH, BUT MR. TRUTH IS IN INTENSIVE CARE so what do we do. As Nnamdi Kanu has been made a martyr in this matter while the global community watches how a lawyer will man core engineering ministries of Works, Housing etc and the world watches in awe and consternation how a medical doctor man’s the transport ministry while a career politician is in charge of information while a lawyer man’s the Ministry of Communication Technology.

APC should throw in the towel now or they will find themselves kicking the bucket come May 2019. That is if Boko Haram and separatist wise men from East allow Nigeria to be. It is not a doomsday prophecy but a matter of fact

God bless Nigeria

When they say Yoruba are enslaved i now believe, I think they should be busy banishing and stopping Emir of Ilorin or that of Offa and they should be busy thinking of Seriki Hausawa yet they look at igbo

Romance4 Orgasms Every Woman Should Have by AmuDimpka(op): 4:49pm On Mar 29, 2016
1. The Clitoral Orgasm

What it is: If the clitoral orgasm were an ice cream, it’d be vanilla — not because it’s bland, but because it’s the standard. These orgasms result from direct stimulation of the clitoris, and are described as “localized, sharp, bursting, and short-lasting,” according to a study published in the journal NeuroQuantology.

How to get more: Go solo at first, suggests Janet Wolfe, a New York City-based sex therapist. Masturbation allows you to figure out what works best for you, and you’ll know better how to direct your partner, Wolfe says. You’ll also feel more comfortable helping yourself achieve orgasm during sex.

2. The Vaginal Orgasm
What it is: Also known as the controversial “center of gravity” orgasm, these don’t happen for all women. According to that same NeuroQuantology study, vaginal orgasms are achieved more through intercourse than clitoral stimulation, and are described as “whole body” and longer-lasting than clitoral orgasms. Women who report having vaginal orgasms may also be more likely to experience multiple orgasms.

How to get more: Just because you’ve never had a vaginal orgasm doesn’t mean you can’t. Researchers say the center of gravity may be located on the front wall of the vagina. So the next time you’re getting it on, have your guy target that spot by entering you from behind. But don’t be scared to change things up once you’re in the groove. According to a study from the Journal of Sexual Medicine, the longer sex lasts, the more likely you are to experience the big O. Changing positions can help your partner last longer.

3. The Blended Orgasm
What it is: A blended orgasm happens when both a clitoral and vaginal orgasm occur simultaneously. These twin orgasms have been known to last anywhere from 1 to 15 minutes, ending in a “giant” orgasm (yes, the medical literature actually uses the word “giant,” so you know it’s got to be good). (If menopause has taken the fun out of your sex life, The Natural Menopause Solution can help you get it back.)

How to get more: You need to put in double the effort if you want double the reward. “Some women find that the best position for orgasm is missionary because their clitoris is also being rubbed through penetration,” says Jane Greer, PhD, a New York-based marriage and sex therapist. But woman-on-top can also be beneficial, since it gives you a little more control over which of your spots are receiving the most attention.

4. The Coregasm

What it is: An orgasm triggered by exercise. (Seriously.) But this isn’t necessarily one of those toe-curling O’s, according to Debby Herbenick, PhD, a sex researcher and author of the new book, The Coregasm Workout. Women who have experienced these orgasms describe them as “less intense,” but still pleasurable. (Hey, if it gets you to the gym more frequently, go for it.)

How to get more: You’re going to need to get your heart rate up for an orgasm described as “exercise-induced.” After you’ve gotten some good cardio in, it’s time to get to work on your core, Herbenick suggests. She says exercises like hanging leg raises are the most beneficial for an exercise O, since they work the lower abs. (Coregasms seem to start in your ab muscles before moving down to your lady parts.) But just one set of crunches isn’t going to cut it; you want to work your muscles to the point of fatigue, and then keep going once you start feeling some excitement, Herbenick says.
