Keep shut man...... Go to your government textbook. Even there, there is nothing like bini empire...... You will only see oyo empire, hausa/fulani and ibo's there. And that was our pre-colonial era of government, where yoruba rule ibini . Meet the elders to share history with you. Don't say what you don't. If literacy makes yoruba well recognise than bibi, then take it. That is the power of education bokohalal: Yet to see Benin claim Ife. It is the other way around. Hehe. Bros, Benin Empire is better known than any Yoruba textbook empire. No compare. It would be better you don't go there. I had only enumerated a few earlier. Truth is , no Yoruba state had an empire, so called. Making one up to keep with the Joneses does not cut it with people like us. We know better. Even Oyo area of influence was only within some parts of Yoruba. Benin had the rest. |

Na so my employer did to me when I was working with one microfinance company. My agreed salary package on my offer letter is 40k, I got the first salary, the scond salary wey I supose get na em I got an alart of 11,600 naira. Bros e no easy. Oooo. But I drag the company to human right. And they paid my outstanding balance. I even told them right there that assuming I don't want peace, I wouldn't collect my Salary balance but rather, more. That's the power of offer letter don't joke with it. Even when I tendered my offer letter @ the human right office, the first question is what's my qualification and I told them a. A graduate. So they put more interest on my case cause they felt 40k is too small for a graduate to collect not to talk of employer playing short paying you. I collect my balance and left for my aos. Though I suffer the lost of job. But today am an enterprenure. Bros u no get case as u no get offer letter. |

Politics › Re: I Can Bring Buhari’s Government Down — Fayose by Amustical(m): 2:14am On Jan 25, 2016 |
Forget about this rubish youare posting. Can't you read very well? The truth is, Ayodele will remainthe best governor in nigeria. If you think you hate him because of his boldness, that has nothing to do with his success. If you want to know how ekiti people love fayose, travel down there and make enquiries. You will surprise ihatesycophant: If you think Fayose is saying the right thing and also obey law than any other person then you must be high in unknown weed. He called Buhari dictator. I want to remind you and Fayose and your ilks that everything Buhari did in 1985 were done using decree and not constitution. No one had exerted and trampled on our constitution like Fayose taking account from 1999 till date. 1. Fayose trampled on our constitution by arming thugs into hallowed chamber of the court to beat up a sitting judge who was preparing to deliver judgement. Remember he was physically present on the said day. Was it God that also sent him to beat up a judge? Thank God we've not heard that Buhari went into court to beat up a judge. That case is still in the cooler and never sent to court for distorting justice. 2. Fayose trampled on our constitution by sealing Ekiti Hallowed chamber of the legislators and not allowing them to performed their constitutional duties till the end of their tenure. I want to ask, on what ground did he sealed the chamber? Who gave him order? Which court did he approach? Is it Fayose that enforce law or security agency? 3. Fayose trampled on our constitution by also went further by not allowing 19 of the legally voted for legislators to enter the state any more but used thugs to blocked every entrances to the state. Thank God Buhari has not weird his power to that extent. For those that will want to support that madness, we should know that the same way he was voted for, it was the same way they voted for those legislators. We should also remember that our constitution stipulates separation of power between executive and legislative arms but Fayose exerted upon them and never allowed them to work. That case is still inside cooler to be open after he lose his immunity. 4. Fayose trampled on our constitution by using four legislators to impeached a sitting speaker in a house of 24 members. We should remember that he went on air to say, he will only recognise the speaker chosen by the four members. This attitude was a slap to our constitution but many hailed him for that drama but forgotten that power don't run forever. They never even knew they can lose the 2015 general election woefully like that. 5. Fayose trampled on our constitution by using five legislators to approved 2015 budget and commissioners which is against the letter of our constitution. It has never happened in the history of Nigeria but Fayose did it. Thank God Buhari has never done such madness. 6. Fayose trampled on our constitution by bribing soldiers to arrest opposition on the eve of his re-election in 2014 as clearly shown in the ekitigate video which is available for every sane mind to access on YouTube. This singular act suppose to have taken him to prison but Jonathan manipulated the judiciary and they could not hear the case because Jonathan said he could not set up inquiry to investigate the case after everyone involved had already confessed it was their voice including Fayose. Well, he first deny it but later agreed that it was his voice after the rest in the scene agreed it was their voice. He first lied it wasn't him. Thank God the new revelation from Army committee set up has shown that the soldiers detailed compromised the election. |
Business › I've Been Looking Into Exporting Food Stuff From Nigeria To UK, Or Any Country by Amustical(op): 1:19am On Jan 25, 2016 |
Hi all
I've been looking into exporting food stuff from Nigeria to UK, or any country overseas (perhaps London or any country). I have noticed a growing market for our yams, palm oil, garri, golden morn, Milo, sardines, geisha and many other local food stuff. Jeez some of these foods have even hit tesco! My interest is in supplying existing stores with food from Nigeria. I thought of this business idea as a way for me to start something worth doing.
-Any ideas on how i can be a supplier or at least get on the supply chain of an existing larger supplier? -What are the challenges ahead (in this countries)? -I doubt there is a ban on exporting these food stuff from Nigeria and I guess they should obviously legally allowed into the UK or any other forign country or they ? -How much capital do i need to start (minimum)? -How do i start?! -Or is the food business a NO NO for certain reasons? if not what other Nija products are hot there?
Please i know that no one is obligated to give me ideas but i'd be so happy to hear from people who know about this. who knows where discussions could lead to for interested and genuine parties?! My e-mail is amuwaoluwaseunfunmi@gmail.com for anyone who wishes to talk privately.
Thanks guys! |

Family › Few Hours Ago, I Interviewed 6 Pure Water Sellers, And According To Them: by Amustical(op): 11:59pm On Jan 14, 2016 |
Few Hours Ago, i interviewed 6 Pure Water Sellers, And According To Them: ---------------------- Sometimes, It Takes About 2 to 3 Hours To Sell a bag (20 Sachets) Of Water Which Amounts To A Total Of N200 (less than 1Dollar). From The N200, The Profit Is Only About N50 As The Pure Water Sellers Have To Pay The Wholesalers Their Money Back As Well As Cover The Price For Ice Block Which Was Used To Cool The Water. The Long And Short Of It Is That Some Of Them Make Only N40 In 3 Hours Of Hustling Under The # HotSun , Risking Their Lives On Major Express Roads And Always At The Mercy Of The Environmental Protection Board Who Whip Them With Cane When Caught; Burst Their Water Sachets To The Ground And Fine Them N1,000. As If That Isn't Bad Enough, When Passengers And Drivers Reach The Traffic Stops, They Prefer To Dash/Give N100, N200 Or Even N500 To Beggars And # FakeSufferers Who Sometimes Make About N1,500 to N3,000 A Day Doing Nothing But Begging, Leaving Them Richer, Luckier And Safer Than The Pure Water Sellers Who Are # YoungEntrepreneurs Serving The Larger Community With Their Trade, And Trying To Make Ends Meet. So My Dearest Friends, My Point Here Is, When Next You Are At A Traffic Stop BusStop, Please: 1. Dash The Pure Water Seller Instead (More Often though). 2. Buy Pure Water To Patronise Them And If your Change(Balance) Is (N10, N50 Or Even N80, You Can Leave It With Them). 3. Say Something Nice To Them. Greet Them, Encourage Them. 4. Slow Down, Don't Knock Them Down with your Auto-Mobiles. 5. Even If You Wont Buy The Pure Water, If They Ask You To Buy, Rather Than Ignoring Them And Facing Front As If They Are Not Humans, You Can Look At Them, Smile And Say "Thank You". 6. Under The Approval of Their Parents or Guardian, you can still sponsor a Child in School...If You Are Equal to the Task. # SheddingTears # PrayForTheWanderingKidsOutThere # PrayForTheDisplaced # PrayForThePoorFamily # PrayForNigerianEco |
Politics › Re: Budget Scandal: Impeach Buhari, PDP Tells National Assembly by Amustical(m): 11:43pm On Jan 14, 2016 |
Seriously, u have a big problem.... And you need help asap with this yourcomment Can't you say the truth for once. Let us all learn to be bold enough to face reality when needed. And you are still praising him. Ignored whose advice? Are they bland when they jointly propose the first budget? Kai, olorun lo ma saanu wa ninu eleyi ta ko si yi oooo tuale4u: We should commend d president 4 listening to us on nairaland and Nigeria masses in general for reducing aso rock feeding from 500million naira in d first version to 100Million naira in the new version.
This is better than in d past were president defend 1billion naira for Aso rock feeding
We should commend d president for reducing Car in presidency from 3.4billion in d first version to 340million in the new one. That is 90% drop.
I agree he was not well advised on how to go about it, but it was done with d interest of d masses. But we should focus on end point of the action and not on frivolities PDP are feeding d masses with.
We should understand that Buhari was not under any compulsion to reduce some of those extravagance. He could have ignored d criticism of d masses and leave the waste in d budget. But he listen to us and amended it.
Why is it not an issue in the House of Representative? The Budget was not only given to Senate. The budget was presented to Joint National Assembly. Not to senate alone. House of rep has no issue with d amendment. But criminal Saraki in d senate is trying to over blow it to protect himself from code of conduct tribunal because the supreme court decision is close by on the 5th of February. He is wasting his time. If Saraki thinks he can connive with PDP to blackmail the president into killing the anti-corruption drive of the president, he is making a big mistake .
The Budget has not be signed into law. It has not be approve. So it can be changed or ammended. The president saw an error and chose to correct. He may have been advised wrongly on how to do it, but the overall intention is noble. Nigerians should learn to praise noble things rather than destroying it with useless technicalities and partisanship.
PDP should not be taken seriously because they dont care a bit about Nigeria masses. They only care about protecting thier criminal members and looters.
Next time the president must ensure he prove read every document before making it public to avoid this kind of embarrassment in the future.
Buhari thank you 4 listening to d masses |
