Well, yeah. Not all have the Holy Spirit in them or they have the Holy Spirit but do not know what to do with Him.
Consider this. Jesus and his Apostles were in a boat going somewhere, a storm arose, Jesus was in that boat, the storm did not consider the fact that the Master was in the boat, the storm came to turn over the boat and destroy its content.

If the Apostles didnt wake Jesus up, that storm would have messed them up. So it is with the Holy Spirit. He is there, if you dont consult Him, He wont force.

The Bible says He is our helper. But most of us have not even asked ourselves, "What does the Holy Spirit help me do?"

What does He comforts from?

What does He teach us.

And until we know these things and start harnessing the Power of the Holy Spirit. We will not profit from Him.

Total divine health is your heritage in Christ, but you fall sick every now and then. You keep popping drugs every now and then.

More than a year ago, a Sunday like this after coming from church and I had a nap. I had this dream where I was speaking in tougue till I woke up. Since then anytime am praying without talking (I meaning praying in my mind) I will be able to speak in tougue for few minutes but when I tried speaking it out I won't be able to. Later when praying I will be able to say few words in tougue but it will sound like trash to me so I stopped.
I remember narrating this my dream to bro Charles ( not my experience oo) he asked to go for water baptism. I attend Rccg I had it this morning, after resurrecting with Jesus, the woman leading us in prayer was speaking in tougue, I was able to say it out freely but it still sound like rubbish to me and like mine is different to others.
These are my questions
Is itxpossible to encounter holy spirit through dream
Is my experience normal
Will I be speaking in tougue for few minute forever or will I improve
Hope am not forcing myself to speak it

Well, talking about the Holy Spirit and the experience in dreams. I once read a book about a Pakistani woman who the Holy Spirtit evangelized to in the early 70s when it was almost impossible for a missionary to preach the Gospel in Pakistan. What the Holy Spirit did with her is similar to what you are experiencing.

Since there was no preacher or church to lead her to christ and teach her these things, She was seeing everything in her dreams and when she woke up, she saw the manifestations.

She was baptized in her Dream, recieved the Holy Ghost Baptism all in her dream, Even before she was able to travel to anothet country to be baptized physically, the Holy Spirit Baptised her in her dream already.

I cannot overemphasize the importance of learning to listen to the Holy Spirit and hearing from Him. Our whole chtistian life depends on it. It's only in very few occasions God would say 'no' to a request but if you have been praying for something and it doesn't seem to be forthcoming, you can wrongly assume that God doesn't want you to have it, when in reality you have not learnt to put your faith to work to receive from God. Yes God may say 'no' but it's in rare occasions and there would be cogent reasons for that but how would you know if you have not trained your spirit to communicate with God, in which case you begin to make assumptions?

And when I talk about communicating with the Holy Spirit, I'm not talking about just praying and then assuming in your head that God said this or that. It's very clear cut. The Bible says God spoke to Moss as a man speaks to his friends. You get information of specific things that would happen in the near future and sure enough you'd come to see those things happen. Accurate information that you couldn't have cooked up in your heard, you know.

Okay, What you mean is, When we ask for something and the answer is No, we should be able to know in the place prayer?

1. Don't hear the Holy Spirt.
2. Don't believe the Holy Spirit speaks to people.
3. Don't know when the Holy Spirit speaks to them.
4. Can not differetiate between the voices in mind and the voice of the Holy Spirit.

But, they are believers, in these cases, how can they know when then answer is NO.

I no so well that, not everytime we pray and rely on Him to answer that we get what we asked for.

Most of the time NO is an answer from God. But most of us do not know that No is the answer, we go on pressing and expecting what we asked for.

How can we know to accept that God has answered and the answer is NO?
