How would you respect a disrespectful elder. |
frog12:The ship has already sailed. Tinubu brought the hardship on Nigeria. Remember despite all the ban on food imports during Buhari time, the cost of food did not reduce. Therefore allowing imports with little taxation would allow relief for hungry citizens. Adeshina is just raising false alarm. |
SirLakes:You are just as naive as those guys. I knew someone would respond in this foolish way. I have caught someone stealing my stuff and I gave him a thorough beating but I stopped someone who wanted to release a heavy block on the guy’s head. |
I thought this man was a sensible person. It seems that all he does is to serve his white masters at the world bank. What a foolish and selfish man. |
We don’t have principled politicians. Stomach infrastructure politicians. |
Nigerian youths are really foolish. The people in power who are stealing billions of naira are left untouched and praised. They cannot come out and protest evil policies of government. |
Disgraceful Professor of nonsense. Deceitful Professor of ethnic bigotry. |
The hunger never hit them hard enough. We will know they are hungry if they come out to protest and vote based on the level of competence. |
Great job, Mr. President. Don't be like that fellow who has turned Aso Rock to his prison yard that nobody has access to. |
helinues:The president is more responsible for economic policies than any state governor hence he should be the first point of call. Our incompetent president removed fuel subsidies and devalued the currency which is causing the hardship in Nigeria. |
The only thing we know how to do is to give excuses and to boast about our talents. No result to show for all our talents. |
PressMyButton:They are really pressing your buttons because your world view has become distorted by bigotry. You can no longer distinguish the truth from propaganda. All looks the same to you. |
shamsin6300:Bro, opportunities abound. Find Universities that offer courses you like in the US with funding. Then write a personal statement, CV , obtain reference letters from people who know you are well-established like lecturers and then submit applications to at 3 or more US universities you think you stand a chance of being admitted. |
shamsin6300:Apply for American Schools. |
The southwest and southeast have always been at loggerheads since independence despite the so-called brilliance of these people. The North used the ibos in the past and are now using the southwest. A house divided against itself cannot stand. |
Congratulations to the whiteman slaves. |
They want to shift the blame from Tinubu to Yahoo boys. The EFCC chairman is a sycophant who is trying to protect the source of his income because he knows if he says the truth he will be out of job. |
Just imagine if they form Igbo party in Nigeria and they contest in Yoruba land. How would people react. The ethnic bigotry of some people from the South West is irritating. It would have been better we go our separate ways and see how far this bigotry would carry them. For a fact, there was constant war in the South West before the British colonized us. All the British had to do was supply them guns and the colonization was very easy. |
On this forum, we have people without conscience who will go to any length to defend the fraudster Tinubu. If elections were conducted free and fair as it was in 1993 and Obi lost, I don’t think anyone would consider complain. It is a shame for people who think cheating your way into power is okay. It is almost like Yahoo boys mocking people who are working genuinely and are managing money. |
If Tinubu was a sane person, he would have resigned for extremely poor performance. No, he would stay there to continue being called Mr. President and wasting our money on traveling just like Buhari. I think Nigerians should force him out since he doesn’t want to go by himself. |
The guy looks like a stupid Nigerian boy from a part that likes mocking people who are better than them. This was a well-run election where the opposition was allowed to win unlike Nigeria where the ruling party returned to power by manipulating election results, threatening fellow citizens, using thugs. |
Tinubu will continue to heap more suffering on the overburdened Nigerians because they will not react instead they will pray to God to touch the heart of their leaders. |
Kobojunkie:Great submission. If you must wage war, it must be total, no retreat no surrender. Starting a war and giving up halfway is the stuff of cowards which most Nigerians are. We only know how to make mouth. |
It is better to channel this hunger into anger and hit the streets to protest the evil policies of the government. I tell you the truth, abroad remittance cannot remedy the situation, it is only a quick fix. Fight bravely like Kenyans and don't be a coward. |
It is disheartening what Tinubu has done to Nigerians. Nigerians are not just stumbling but are falling and never rising up again. |
SmartPolician:Let’s see how far your arrogance will take you. Those who refuse correction will suddenly head to ……… Pride comets before a ……….. |
WizardOfNG:Nigerians are the real VIPs. What was the stupid actress trying to imply? In the light of the current situation in Kenya, that post reeks of insensitivity. There is no doubt that Nigerians are intelligent, combined with our huge population, we have a great influence in Africa. However, we are still a backward nation because we have intellectuals who out of fear and greed would support evil. That we acknowledge the criticisms from Kenya is an indication of humility. How far has our arrogance and pride carried us in the comity of nations? |
As we saw in Kenya, complaining on social media has no effect on African leaders wasteful expenditure. The only way they would listen is if they know they will be booted out of power during elections or people hit the streets and are willing to die until the desired change is achieved. I guess it is relieving to voice out once furstrations. As we have seen, Nigerians are noisemakers, no substance, no courage. |
Nigerians seem to have unlimited capacity to suffer. They will always look for substitutes instead of facing the real problems. |
VeeVeeMyLuv: |
Nigerians are intelligent but we are a fearful, deceitful, boastful and stubborn people. |
Power belongs to the people unless they choose to relinquish it of which Nigerians have done so. The Bible say the violent taketh it by force. |
