A manager should be judged by his success, success is paramount to trophies, entertainment and consistency over the years. Both fulfill these, I refuse to label one better over the another as a matter of fact

If I were the owner of a club and I've to sign up a manager, I'll probably sign Klopp, he has more personality, works on a lower budget than pep, brings more entertainment but less trophies.
