good morning guys! I need an advice from someone who might have been in my shoe before. I have this client on fiverr that really mean business and wants a long term biz relationship with me. But I have a little hiccup with the agreement. He sent a non disclosure agreement to me, and this agreement requires i fill my home address and full name(I'm using U.S account, and have already told him I'm staying in Detroit, and I was shocked when he said that's where he went to college and his dad stays there). I tried to boycott the agreement but he said its compulsory for the agreement to be on paper - "We have Non-disclosure agreements with the people working with us, particularly if we are sharing all our prospect lists I can send."

according to him, he have other contractors from India and other countries.

please help me on the best idea out here as i don't want to fill in just any address and he went there to check me and won't have anyone with such name... and I also don't want to loose him because I see cool cash coming from him in the future.

Please note that it's browsing, but not downloading... Whenever I use all this poxy Web, I get time out error or The requested resource could not be loaded because the server returned an error:403 Forbidden(?).

its because the network in your area is bad.. the lowest speed I get over here is 200kb when the network is bad.. I get 700kb when its good..

what proxy service do you use when downloading? Use muchproxy.com and select France. It's the fastest.

Wait for about a minute, don't pause it, it'll go. It's creating the file so it doesn't get corrupt when downloading.

The highest speed I'm getting is 200kb/s and that will be stable for like 3secs, then it will drop back to 100kb, then to 60kb, then 10kb, then 0kb... But when the download is stable, the speed will be at 20kb/s.

I wanted to download a file of 250mb, it did 8mb in 30mins And I'm having full 3G bar with H+. Or downloading at night will be faster?
