I can't even make any sense out of what you are writing. Trump didn't seek a funding for detention beds for illegal immigrants detained in the interior different from the ones detained at the border. ICE simply requested for increase in the number of detention beds in their holding facilities. They wanted 52, 000 beds to cover all their detention centres including those at the borders but Democrats refused and even wanted to reduce the about 40,000 beds already approved for them to about 35,000 claiming that there was no crises at the border and since you claim you can't open the first link, I've taken the pain to screen grab the relevant portions in the post for you. No dodging this one

He earlier said he wouldn't sign any spending bill that didn't include money for the wall but he backed off From that and the Senate eventually passed a 1.3 trillion spending bill which he signed but during the negotiations for that bill, republicans pushed for funds to increase the number of beds in those facilities but the Democrats adamantly refused to grant any funding for that. At this stage, border wall funding was no longer on the table, Trump had accepted to sign the compromise deal and get funding for the whole from elsewhere. So where did you get that nonsense about Trump tying funding for more beds to border wall funding?
