Did Rotimi Amaechi participate in all the stages of the election before he was handed the Governorship seat in Rivers State?

In my opinion, the judgements in the case of yahaya bello was an anomaly. The law is clear that you have to participate in all stages of the elections before you can be duly elected. Amaechi's case was different, he participated and won the primaries but his name was substituted by the powers that be and PDP fielded Omehia but Amaechi's contention was that he was the authentic PDP candidate and therefore any votes cast for PDP in the elections was his and the courts agreed with him and rightly so. So Amaechi actually participated in every stage of the elections by winning the primaries and by being the authentic candidate recognized by law, he got every vote cast for the PDP in the general elections.
