if its still blank after trying to boot into recovery (and you're doing it correctly) then it means your recovery partition is corrupted. what this implies is that something else has been done to the phone which you're not telling me

i vent done any other thing to the phone.. All i do on the phone is use bbm and whats app and other social networks and i also play games. Thats all

It can be easily fixed. how did this happen?

I was using bbm on my phone. Then i tried bringing down the notification tray then it didnt respond.. I thought the phone was just hanging. Then the 3 lights below the screen went off and it remained like that... After some time i removed the battery and put it back. It came on fully then when i wanted to input password it started hanging..

Unplug the ps3 in the room. Then carry dvd and Prep one romantic movie

To those that have experience with carl care.. How is their service... Am asking so ill know if I should swap my phone or just leave it for repairs.. Like what's the duration before u get your phone back
