Marriott hotel I know is a big hotel and their employment process is not like this. Marriott will never tell you to help them with 10 more people because they are too big for that. If you didn't apply through their portal then ignore any of those messages. Marriott operate big hotels like nicon Hilton and co. Most of their jobs require you have the right to work in the country you are applying for the job. I have an account with them and I always apply for their jobs in Nigeria.
