adewumiopeyemi:Na where you dey work you o chop nah! I bought things from Yudala, I can categorically say that their customer care is second to none. People are singing praises of Konga. So keep your opinion to yourself. |
adewumiopeyemi:Chief, do not insult NIGERIA, and do not call it awoof because the commodities were not distributed free. Nobody forced your employers Jumia to declare discount sales! Where in the terms and condition did they say that all products are no returnable? There is return policy there on your website - https://www./return-policy/ |
dunnijayz1:No worry, we shall be here to see how they will respond to you when any of the products you buy from them has issues. We shall wait and see. |
fashyomi:My guy, let us wait until any of the products you buy should have any issue, it is then I will truly see whether or not you will declare if you are a living witness! And what made you think they are better than Konga? I was at one of their pick up points and a customer was complaining about their service and compared to his experience with Jumia with that of Konga. He stated that Konga is much more better than Jumia. I have bought things from Yudala and the ones that had issues, they took back without long stories. Or do you work for Jumia? |

Maybe you should wait until one of the products are faulty and then you will have the true test of their customer care services! That when you will know if they are good. But now, as far as concerned, their customer care service has turned out to be one of the worst experiences I have had! |

That is typical Jumia! Anyway, I have learnt my lessosns as well. |
chachanga:Let us see if they will resolve the issue, if they really intend to. I would not have come to Nairaland to expose their inefficiencies. They have be promising that a delivery agent will come, nobody has come. Delay tactics, I guess? I have exhausted all my options if Jumia thinks that tye can dump a poor quality product on me! |
kuti10:Nobody picks those calls. I have called and called and called. They have even blocked my email account and so all emails I have sent to them bounce back. I am sure they know what they are doing. |
Doctorflaky:I have gone to their twitter handle, they promised to send delivery agents even with dates up to this moment, nobody has contacted me. |

Ajuba, looks like you work for Jumia! Lol! |
JUMIA is indeed an online retailing fraud!! How else would explain buying an item, finding out that it is faulty and you are told that there is nothing they can do about I bought an HP Slate 6 Voice Tab ( ₦ 21,990.00) and it turned out that no SIM could work on that phone. I have called all their customer care lines, all numbers ring out on the line dedicated for returns. I went to two of their pick up points in Abuja and I am told that there is nothing they can do about, not even assisting getting across to their Lagos office! Both ends said that anything bought on BLACK FRIDAY cannot be returned!! @JumiaNGHelp This is coordinated online retailing 419! |

Was the bailout to the states approved by the Senate or there was no need for approval from the Senate? Was there no need for a substantive Finance Minister to be appointed before such a decision would be made? Just wondering. . . . |
That doesn't work! I tried several times, even called customer care, they just didn't stop all the SMSs and continued to deduct my money. You know what I did? I simply ported my number from MTN! I know people don't know that porting is so easy and you get onto your new service provider within two hours! I am sorry to say this, but the people at MTN are very mischievous |
Igboman and Business! Even the British have recognized the business acumen of the Igbos! He is the Shadow BUSINESS SECRETARY in the Labour Party . . . |
This practice of abandoning the platform upon which political office holders are elected should really be curtailed, whether you are decamping from PDP to APC, or APC to PDP. The ethicaly correct thing for the erstwhile deputy governor to have done was to resign than allow himself be rubbished by this impeachment. He deserves no sympathy. If you were in Mimiko's shoes, what would you have done? Allow a member of your opposition to be part of your executive council? Moreso, one that betrayed him at a very critical time? Mimiko would have found himself in the same position if the opposition won more seats in the House of Assembly. Mimiko would have been impeached and the erstwhile deputy governor installed as substantive governor. That is politics for you. |
For God's sake, is OBJ the only former head of state of Nigeria? Can you see the role Abdulsalami, Gowon, Shagari, IBB played in the course of these elections, especially Abdulsalami? |
For the sake of the Office that GEJ occupied, which OBJ himself occupied at sometime, for the sake of our national pride as Nigerians, I think it is about time OBJ is called to order. In spite of their fierce contest, even GEJ and GMB did not throw personal attacks at each other before, during and after the elections, there has been this mutual respect for each other. Why this endless desecration of the exalted Office of the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria? Is OBJ jealous of the name that GEJ has made for himself by peacefully conceding rather than trying to use unconstitutional means to perpetuate himself in power like trying to manipulate the populace for a 3rd term, like he OBJ did? We have not forgotten his infamous attempt at getting a third term . . . . |
