That's how some people wanted to scam land owners in a community here. Say all the land there na Leasehold. That everyone should bring their documents to prove their case.

Instead the lawyers of the land owners told the community to bring the documents to prove their case. The community people disappear.

NO ONE should fall for this scam. I Repeat, DO NOT take your documents to Adams.

Most communal land are usually Estate of Freehold.

It has been okay the sound and visuals are quite good for that price range, it claims to have inbuilt voltage regulator but that is yet to tested. I think I have to use it for 6 months to give a conclusive review. U can go ahead and buy it.

Something the Hypocritical Un!ted State wont take from anyone. A country that almost nuked its neighbour; Cuba in 1962, just because Russia started building military base there. If not for Russia pulling out and allowing peace to reign. Cuba would have evaporated into dust by now just like Hiroshima and Nagasaki (both nuked by this same US).

Law is a technical course, you've to cram a lot of cases, sections, do a lot of research, read tons of books and back whatever you do with prayer, because in the end it might result to nothing.

This thread is to document all my results form 100 to 500lvl so I can track my progress and see if I'm doing better or worse.

Semester GPA: 4.40
Current CGPA: 4.40

I'm currently in my 100 level 2nd semester and 2nd semester results aren't out yet but I think my GPA is still alright( I technically don't have a CGPA yet). The result above is only for my first semester.

I think it's ok for my first semester but I'm hoping to break into a 4.5 real soon.

My course of study is Law.

You're doing well so far, but I feel it's early for something like this, considering the fact that you're yet to start or finish 200lv. Faculty of Law is an unforgiving place, I wish you "good" luck in your studies.

Good evening everyone

We got an apartment about few months ago, although it need some repair and the landlord has promise to fix the house once we make payment, we don't even know that the roofing is not good until we entered the raining season.
We expected this man to call those that will do the repair but unfortunately we didn't hear anything from him.
We met him one on one but didn't respond to us, we just decided to leave him since he is not ready to repair the house..
The issue now is we are not comfortable in this house,rain has almost destroy our belongings including our electronics, my sister will have to back her baby whenever rain is falling in the midnight.
We went to meet this man to explain what we are passing through ,he said we want him to fix the house that he's going to add 20k to the rent and we have to pay advance so that he can fix the house for us, I was surprised because we haven't even finish using a year rent that we paid.
We disagree with him and he said if we can't comply that we should pack out and come and collect our remaining balance, we have been struggling hard to raise money and get another apartment but the situation of things is getting messed up..
The issue right now is that we have gone to meet this man for the balance he promise us , it seems he is not ready to pay, we don't want to involve the police.
Our plan is to lock the house once we are able to raise money for another apartment.

Do you think locking the house till our money expires is the best thing or we should involve the police so that we can get the balance from the landlord?

The burden of making "internal repairs" is on you, however the house must be fit for habitation before you move in as a tenant.

I was thinking Yorubas are the most educated tribe in Nigeria but that's is a big fat lies ,there are so many illiterate Yoruba , I see most of them in my office , Stark illiterate Yoruba that can't even speak English full Lagos.
