It's just pure luck nothing about sense, you might be beautiful physically or something but what matters most is your genes, you could easily get diabetes or cancerous cells from your parents even if you look okay physically.

You fight so many troll bosses in GOW lol.

GOW does have a way better combat gameplay though, so it's more fun beating the enemies down.
