I'm sure that even if Tati decides to swap herself with uti, he'd still come out of it cos naija can neva let their homeboy out at this early stage especially not to a two timing beast like munya.

As for yacob not nominating uti especially after their bittter spit out, i guess he's playing it cool n trying not to step on the toes of  naija lions, so he doesn't get kicked out sooner.
