Nairalanddiary:Do I have anythn to lose not proving tha I studied Chem.Path, & did internship @ JUTU (JUTH, not luth!)? I tink I don't...bt if you still feel unsatisfied, you kno what to do |

Nellybank:I saw it coming...just to confirm shaa |
TrapQueen77:Hmmm...you make me recall when I 1st had to do that smear @ JUTH Lab with the speculum & other gadgets. Choi, my conscience ooo...I couldn't help it. I felt like it! But it is over now; I do that like so frequently, & feel like it's usual. Until this particular girl came for PAP smear... |

IDnoble1:When I see comments like ds, I cant stop 2 laff ![]() Who should talk to who, huh? Commonsense no tell you say 'if na me 1st give blow, na me suppose stop 1st?' Do people take their fellow humans as idiots? As much as I dont support sheer violence, I still think that the president's indignifying posture (& a culmination of decades of neglect & deceit by previous govts) got us here! Before anyone shuld comment on the issue, he/she should 1st take a stroll to this region & see for him/herself...why there is much hatred!! And if we believe that every region in ds country is sustainable, then can we pls reorganize & restrategize? And what's wrong in "restrategizing in a plan that has failed woefully", or "reforming a bizz that has gone south?" Commonsense... I don't get it... Is this really working? NO! Should we have a rethink & restructure? NO...in fact NEVER! What the hell? |
hmmm... Where are the "things will definitely get better under Buhari" crew? I cry for this country!!! |

Bluetooth2:I never said he should...& if he does, will heaven fall? Have they lynched this one...? & if they can fly 1st-class, dress in $10,000 suits, drive $50,000 vehicles, etc, then they should stop ranting 'no money, no money' everywhere!
|
amaechi1:Bro, I wrote a piece on that issue on my fb page/twitter handle...that was wicked & callous! The total cost of those SUVs could have given @ least 30 Ebonyi ppl (& in extension, their families) a good lease of life by helping them to 'catch fish'! People misunderstand this piece! It was only meant 2 awake our consciousness to the gross lavish lifestyle of the present leaderships in all facets of our political sphere, even as we face myriads of challenges, & based on the recklessness of former dispensations, which most of us had disdain for! When we say we are broke & can't pay salaries, can't build roads, & so on, it must show in all public lifestyle (the cars, the expenses, the salaries, & so on!) NB: Private lifestyle is different from public lifestyle! |
I took my time to go through some of the comments here..& it only confirmed my innermost fears! Have we forged for ourselves an unimaginable legacy of corruption and ineptitude that we can't even think right anymore ![]() Can we ever have a sane citizenry, that'l develop affinity for upright deeds & the right virtues? Are we capable (as young persons) of 'fighting' the status quo & imbibing pro-developmental attitudes...& demanding for such from our leaders & would-be leaders? Eloi Eloi, Lama saba thani ![]() |
amaechi1:So...? Make we begin clap for the idiot governor wey buy pen for like #3mil & pls, i'm not here to prevent people from buying G-strings for $5,000 or sleep in suites for $10,000/night! All i'm saying is that whether na GEJ oo, or na PMB oo, or even governors, senators, etc (with huge take-homes which arent acceptable in the 1st place!)...you canot prove to people that things are hard wen you don't act that way! Yes...he should look good, I know! But u want to look good with a #200k shoe? Are you the MD of 1st Bank, or Oando, or Airtel If they (bizz men & the likes) can fly 1st-class everyday, it's their own hussle/bizz! Not when you are a servant of the public! Imagine the poverty in the land! & then you tell them out there that you are putting on items worth say #1m on your body! I hope we know the worth (value) of #200k plus to a mere Nigerian worker! If you wan dress like Wizzkid, then you don't have any reason to be in public service! We found ourselves here due to politicians & public servants envying bizzmen & corporate men...then politics gradually became bizness & we started having political 'businessmen'! Recently, the Ebonyi State government 'doled out' 'gifts' of latest Toyota Prado SUVs [Japan will bless God for being so patient with Nigeria's affinity for corrupt moves) to those overfed HOA members! But we all rose up in condemnataion of the way NASS members are buying vehicles for themselves! & one of them had the effontry to say that "it is the norm in the country; so, Ebonyi wont be left out!!!" Kaii!!! Make una check am na! Yes...call it 'poverty mentality'! But I bet you that you all know that it hurts...truth! I never said they shouldn't enjoy the opportunity to serve...but moderation is the keyword here!!! |
Top 10 Poorest Presidents in the World […Did any African President make the list?] Much has been said about Uruguayan President, Jose Mujica, who donates up to 90% of his $144,000 annual salary (or $12,000 per month) to charity. In terms of actual wages, Mujica’s salary actually compares favorably to that of other leaders. ....& I love this part Why would Nigerians who survived the onslaught of the dreaded sect for years showing resilience while in captivity be left to die after regaining freedom? Why would those who were forced to live in Sambisa die in Bama? Why would children live under Shekau but die under Shettima? |
Every where crisis... na wetin ![]() |
