I am looking for an aggressive real estate attorney to help me evict an un-cooperative tenant from my house at Garki Abuja. He moved in with a fake contract that does not even bear my signature. He was manipulated by my former agent who changed Company and pretended that he is still working with the former Company. I tried to work with the tenant because he has family and all that, but not only does he not trust me, but he is beginning to insult me. Can you imagine tha- a trespasser insulting me in my own house.

My land at Apo happens to be among those confiscated and used by FCDA to develop those bungalow for natives. Do you have any idea when FCDA will be allocating us with another land.

I am in the process of developing a piece of land at Lugbe 1 area at Abuja. It is a one storey residential development. All the drawings including Architectural, Structural, Plumbing, Electrical, Civil etc. were completed in August this year and forwarded to Development Control for approval. What I am hearing now is that Development Control has suspended approval of any new development in Lugbe 1. This is because the entire Lugbe area is being re-designed following proposed re-location of Abuja gate to Lugbe. I find this heard to believe and am hoping somebody in this blog will point me in the right direction.

Please you need to clarify on the district where Dei Dei belongs. This is because If you download the application form from AGIS Dei-Dei is indicated to be in AMAC area council and not in Bwari area council. Infact there is no DeiDei in Bwari area council.
Also is this particular Dei Dei the same area currently being used for sale of Building materials in Abuja.

I am interrested in this land deal and your assistance will be highly appreciated.

I am looking for proposals from reputable and experienced Abuja building Contractor to construct a storey building made up of 6-2 bedroom flats in Abuja. The job will be completed and paid in phases.

Phase 1 is foundation to dpc
Phase 2 is dpc to decking
phase 3 is staircase, german floor and decking
phase 4 will be above decking to roof level.
Essentially the work will consist of carpentry, concrete and masonry work.
Roofing, windows, plastering, electrical, plumbing will not be included.
Furthermore the proposal will be limited to labor only as I intend to provide materials myself

The numbers indicated for bank pays are not bad at all even in US. These are very competitive rates. .But my question is : Are these take home pays or do your Companies have to deduct taxes. Please advise. I also did not see any mention of UBA. Are they any good. What is the average pay for a branch manager.
