The problem is the land does not just belong to the igbos alone, they are not even majority in most of the Niger Delta lands, what if during the referendum those non Igbo's in the Niger Delta communities vote to stay with Naija, and Biafra losses those lands, what would happen to our Igbo brothers? Would they leave their oil land or apply for dual citizenship?
The only way this can work is if the states are divided, but even that is a problem. What would happen to a place like Portharcourt, who owns Portharcourt? I don't think it's for the lkwerre alone.

If that is the case IPOB shoukd push for referendum by local government areas not by State.

To answer your question, IPOB must insist on referendum. This way the igbo people in Rivers, like the people from Asa can decide for themselves. If they overwhelmingly decide to join their igbo kit and kin, their land should be part of it. But to your point the Nigeria government may not give it up just like dat. But with a favorable referendum we have justice on our side, but it will not be easy.

With influx of people into these towns, the economic activities there will increase exponentially and before you know it, we they would become major cities.

That tells me you have not been to Nnewi lately.
If you have, you will find out that the population of the town had exploded.
What they lack is road network and other associated Government infrastructure.
Trafffic is a nightmare driving around Nnewi. We talking about hours from point to point B.
To mitigate against the problem caused by these population explosion, the following roads are overdue due for dualization
Nnewi - Oba - Onitsha road
Nnewi - Ozubulu road
Nnewi - Nnobi road, etc

Anybody in the house know where I can buy this book ?

I am in the process of buying Samsug Galaxy S111 mini model GTi8190. Apart from 8G Vs 16G for capacity and 4.3'' vs 4.8'' for size, the rest is virtually the same. Also the specification says to use mini SMS.
Does any body in the house know anything about this smartphone as far as use in Nigeria. They are made in the US for European market so that makes me assume it will work in Nigeria aswell. Please I am looking for advise.

I do not personnally think that any body will be labelled sell out or sabo by one isoloated 'tangential'opiniun or comment on issues concerning igbos. There must have been a pattern, some previous opinions that will lead to such a conclusion, it seems to me.
Osadebe of the blessed memory in one of his musics noted,"that to do the right thing does not mean to raise your hand, but to do what is right in the eyes of man and in the eyes of God". So, nobody here is a child, we are all adults and/or professional and will know our ssbos when we see one. Just my two cents.
