I just wonder why his classmates or graduation mates are not stepping our to defend him or point point out the fact that they saw him on graduation day/that they graduated together or even the school officially saying YES OR NO or if he graduated or not.

Well, not everyone attends graduation ceremony. I for one was a corper wen called upon for the graduation ceremony. I didn't bother attending, so didnt see no ckassmate after my last paper, but I ve my certificate.
I believe Dino should have his copy. He should just put it up for all to see except he's trying to hide his grade.

We're operating Treasury Single Account, IPPIS etc. So what role does a ministry has in payment of staff salaries. Moreover, whats the method of employment into the civil service? Isn't it tru the Fed civil service commission again? With endorsement by the Fed character commission which forwards names of those employed to Federal salary and wages commission. All bugetry allocations for ministries is for over head cost and not salaries

Buhari should lead by example. Federal civil servants of about 16 ministries/ paralstata haven't been paid November salaries, not to talk of Decembers' as at today 22/12/2016.
