The team is playing better without him. He just has a way of slowing down matches unnecessarily

Noise! Noise!! Noise!!!
How many are they in their coven when we have 10million Shiites who have vowed to vote for Atiku.
Before now Shiites do not participate in elections as dey believe in having their own caliphate but after what PMB did to their leader, dey all decided to go get PVC and vote enmasse 4 Atiku and we all know dey are faithful to their word esp as PDP in a secret meeting have promised to release their Leader.
But 4 dis fake broad day light tales by moonlight witches, if money changes hands now, u will see them no more. How many of them even have PVCs? Just looking for peanut from Yahaya Bello....mtcheeew

What happened to Channels and. AIT? Anyway, still in order, shows he's a 21st century President

ochejoseph:
The projected winner of the 2019 Presidential election by virtually all polls and Presidential Candidate of the PDP will be addressing Nigerians today. Atiku who took to twitter yesterday night to make the announcement wrote :

"I will be making a broadcast on Twitter and Facebook at 9am tomorrow. Tune in."

Atiku has never hidden his desire to use information and communication technology to solve Nigerias myraid of problems.

Tune in by 9 am today... Nigeria needs a tech-savvy President

It's time vote out incompetence , nepotism, blood letting corruption , poverty , hunger and hopelessness.

It's time to get Nigeria Working Again

May God Himself Continue to Bless the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Pls themolady. I have been trying to reach you via mail. Please can u reach me via this number? 08075989359

thermolady:
To God be ALL the glory, I got my BFP and a scan confirmed pregnancy at Olivebranch Lekki this week! grin This is coming after over 19 years of TTC that included several years of natural health therapies, countless IUI s, Clomid & TI cycles and 9 embryo transfers. This clinic has indeed become my last TTC ‘bus stop’ as I had prayed and hoped.

My sisters-in-waiting, it was God’s mercy at work. What I think also helped me was:

*RESEARCH, research & more research! Pls. don’t put yourself 100% in ANY doctor’s hands without researching your options & being able to request whatever will benefit you.
*Doing a vagisteam before starting meds. Combined dried herbs like basil, motherwort, rosemary & mugwort (obtained from Alade market Ikeja)
*Insisting on the cancellation of the penultimate scheduled embryo transfer when my lining refused to grow beyond 7mm (many other Drs.' would have railroaded and gone ahead anyway, just hoping to get 'lucky' as they sometimes do for even much thinner linings.) In this successful cycle my lining was 9.4mm before intro of progesterone & 11.1mm on day of Embryo Transfer.
*Doing needle acupuncture EVERYDAY in the 12 days before the embryo transfer (was able to fit in a session on the very morning as the transfer was done in the afternoon) using acu-points that aid blood flow to uterus.(located my Lagos acupuncture clinic thru online research)
*Using Viagra cream - not tablets, vaginally (sourced from a Canadian Dr. in Malaysia and Bricanyl tablets (from Alpha) for about 11 days - also to increase blood flow. ; in fact Dr. Emeka agreed to delay down regulation, giving me 2nd shot of Zoladex after expiration of 1st one, in order for me to receive the Viagra parcel (research also shows though more expensive, Zoladex gives higher success rates than daily Buserelin injections)
*Castor oil pack on tummy almost daily for about two weeks
*Daily sitz baths (alternating sitting in hot & cold water), sometimes twice daily, stopping 2 days before the transfer – also to increase blood flow.
*Sometimes soaking feet in hot water for 20 minutes, before bed (also to increase blood flow to uterus)
*Day 21 Endometrial Scratch (had also done one before at another clinic the previous year)
*Femoral massage: got hubby to press artery for me at least once daily & at the clinic just before the transfer
*Having intralipid drip at the clinic one week before the transfer - with the general absence of availability of immune tests in this country, it’s a good safeguard whether or not your body actually needs it.
*Daily eating 5 Brazil nuts (ASDA uk) before transfer & throughout 2 week wait. Was able to get pineapple only on 4th day after transfer so ate its core only on Days 4 & 5..
*Doing a deep tissue body massage 2 days before the transfer (got a bargain package – there are several, on dealdey site)
*Insisting on Day 5 transfer: after so many past failures and disappointments, I had made up my mind after research that even if all our embryos appeared to be struggling, no Day 2 or 3 transfer; if they all died before Day 5, so be it. Luckily we had 90% ICSI fertilisation and all made it to blast.
*After the transfer, taking DAILY injections (with Dr’s permission) of 100mg Gestone in addition to clinic’s 2x 400mg cyclogest; quite painful & bum already feels like a pin cushion but for me no sacrifice is too much. Clinics here do not do regular hormone checks for levels after the transfer so it makes me feel safer. I’m also prepared to endure the daily injections for as long as necessary!
*Just before the transfer, requested & got a picture of our embryos which I used as a point of contact in prayer.

What I’ve learnt (the hard way) on my long, long TTC journey:
No doctor, spouse, family or friend, can desire my success more than my own self: I am my own best advocate! My sisters, despite glowing recommendations of any fertility clinic/Dr, do your own research. Never be afraid to ask questions and always try to go with your gut feelings; run/’talk to your feet’ if you have integrity concerns about any of them; I have also learned that though often tedious and inconvenient, it pays to try to prepare as much as one humanly can (castor oil, massage, foot soak, etc), before the embryo transfer and above all, to always pray for God’s mercy & intervention.

Zoladex is used for down regulation in an IVF procedure. So what am asking is if I can go ahead with a castor oil massage when I've started the IVF procedure?

shithapuns:
dont know abt zoladex, if its a worm expeller, you can start on cd-1, castor oil massage is done as soon as ur period ends...n stop 1 day before ovulation, if you are ttc that cycle, its recommended, you massage am and pm if possible for 3 days, rest for 1 or 2days..then another 3 days of massage etc, while some do once a day etc

This is quite sad. RIP to her. May God console her family, friends and colleagues.

In as much as i dont know the cause of death here pls permit me to use this opportunity to advise our mothers.
Cesarean section birth is not a taboo. Last Tuesday we lost a sister with a twin pregnancy in Church who laboured for 4 days cos she rejected CS. She, her mom and husband of one year insisted it must be unaided birth until they lost both babies and mother.

Pls CS is not a crime, neighter a taboo or sin. Pls stay alive for ur God's given purpose, family and friends.

Please thanks so much for the post. Based on number 6, please which Nigerian milk can go for low fat milk?

markbor:
One of the big mistakes that many women make and thus not lose weight is that they overcomplicate things. With weight loss, often times, simplicity is best.

1. Eat a healthy breakfast.
Eating in the morning can increase your metabolic rate, the process by which your body burns fat. Skipping the most important meal of the day to save calories, may ultimately leave you eating more over the course of the day.

2. Eat a balanced diet, including carbohydrates.
Don’t follow fad diets. Eat a balanced combination of carbohydrates, protein and raw foods. Carbohydrates are not the enemy, and slow-burning carbs can actually help you feel fuller, longer.

3. Lift weights, the heavier, the better.
Bodies that have higher muscle mass burn more calories at a resting rate than body’s with a higher fat content. Period.

4. Drink more water.
Water is an essential nutrient, can help you feel full and is important to the elimination of toxins in every cell in your body. Drink up!

5. Get disciplined.
Find a mentor to teach you good dietary and fitness habits. Never underestimate the support and guidance of someone experienced, details here == > www.bellyfatlossng.com

6. Switch to low-fat dairy.
It’s easy to cut tons of fat, and calories from your diet by opting for low-fat dairy products. Why? 70 percent of the calories in most whole-fat dairy is from saturated fat.

7. Eat more fat-burning foods.
Green tea, coconut oil and other fat-burning foods can help shrink fat cells, and reduce fat storage. See this article for the 20 best superfoods to lose weight fast.

8. Be realistic.
Being honest with yourself about what your dietary needs are, and what your fitness abilities are is essential to long term weight loss success.

9. Try a new workout.
Everyone from fitness novice to fitness pro hits a plateau. Keep your body guessing by trying new workouts, to keep losing fat.

10. Remove processed foods from your diet.
Anything processed or artificial isn’t a real food. By allowing these toxins into your body, you put your elimination organs into overdrive. Cut those out and eat clean, whole foods.

11. Satisfy hunger.
Ignoring cravings can leave you helpless in the face of tempting foods. Beat these hunger pangs, and your cravings by munching on crunchy veggies in between meals, or before you eat to reduce your calorie intake.

12. Ingest enzymes.
Enzymes found in fruits, like kiwi and pineapple, offer support for a healthy digestive system. Healthy digestion means proper elimination of toxins, and an overall lighter feeling.

13. Cut down some, if not all, salt intake.
Salt can cause your body to retain water. As water is retained, waste is also retained. Eliminate salt, or at least reduce your intake to slim down.

14. Stay away from fried foods.
Not only do fried foods pack on the pounds, they also cause gas. Eliminate these foods to eliminate enormous amounts of fat.
