Even if she has parents, for the fact that he is her girlfriend, he owes her a responsibility whether he likes it or not. Is she going to buy fish for her mother? huh?
Let OP wait for her to graduate and then start working before he dates her then.
The girl should also invest something into the relationship na.
Will she not eat inside the fishhuh

Don't see her as an ingrate young man. She is right bro, you need to be proactive, how can you send her money for fish and you did not include transport fare. Do you want her to trek ni? You know she is a student and all students need money.

For you to have dated an undergraduate you are ready to spend because they are students.
Did the OP tell you that his gf is an orphanhuh

Mtcheew. Why do you kids take relationship too seriously?

The next thing you'll hear is:

1. I love her so much
2. I want to make her my wife
3. I don't like any other girl except her, etc.

Finally, the next thing you'll see is a thread with the title: Nairalanders, Please, Help Me. I Can't Think Straight. She...

Now that you're still thinking "half straight," be the man and learn how women and relationship work before you engage in it fully, else, you'll regret at last. Don't say I didn't warn you.
Looks like your warning came a bit late. wink lipsrsealed

enshi:
I am so sorry to border the house with my relationship matters.

Recall I made a thread last night
https://www.nairaland.com/5451621/gf-called-me-stingy-guy#82820223. About my gf whom I have been 75% responsible for called me a stingy guy. For real I was pained and this is because I know how I have tried to be responsible for her. So this made me realize that she must have either met or been with a guy who did above what I have.
Because I couldn't sleep I woke her up by 3am and asked her series of questions and behold the confession came through ..
She confessed being with a guy (corper to be) two weeks ago .. According to her they smooched sucked each other and he fingered her yet there was no sex (you can imagine) I am convinced that she has been cheating but she still insists it was the first and last. I planned engaging her in two weeks from now cos that would have been our one year together..
Before now I have told her that I may forgive her of all things but cheating...

Pls guys and babes who have forgiven a cheat before what was the experience after then .. Do I go ahead to be with her or I should stand my grounds..

Pls help me before i thread a part that I would live to regret ..

todaynewsreview:
The bodies of at least 74 migrants have been washed ashore in western Libya, in the latest tragedy along the dangerous trafficking route to Europe. The Libyan Red Crescent posted photos of dozens of bodies in black and white bags lined up along the shore near the western city of Zawiya.
A spokesman for the aid organisation said there were still bodies floating out at sea as the agency had no way of retrieving them. He said the migrants were all adults, mostly from sub-Saharan African countries, and all but three were men.
The UN migration agency, the International Organisation of Migration (IOM), said the dinghy had set off on Saturday with 110 people on board. The agency said traffickers deliberately took the engines from the boat and then abandoned it to drift.

Village people got ur back
problem is when u trek 2km to work just to get there and realize that you forgot the office key at home. So you managed to trek back home leaving your heavy bag at the office doorstep...
On getting home, you realized that your house key is in the bag you left at the Office Doorstep... You got upset, angry but had no choice, so you trekked back to the office again, picked up your bag angrily, and trekked your way back home again..
On getting home, you dipped your hand in your bag, only to realize that the office key was in your bag all along...
Now you sit on the floor shouting... "Make una kuku kill me ooohhh village people".
