It would be prorated and paid to you. Some organizations pay upfront only after confirmation though but some pay upon assumption of duty.
Thanks for the response.

The letter says 133k but their monthly takehome is 300k+. I have 3 former colleague who got it. So forget that 133k you see there

For DPR, the offer letter carries 1.8m but we all know how it goes down there. The minimum upfront there is 5m according to their budget defense.

https://www.premiumtimesng.com/business/business-news/394867-dpr-paid-%E2%82%A68-billion-salary-upfront-in-january.html

Some of them will never tell you the actual pay so you won't start billing them. I have a friend who point and blank told me he won't ever tell me his monthly pay, allowances and benefits (FIRS) but he said and I quote "If you have someone who said 3.5m, take it, it's worth it, you'll recover your money back in 10months".

On NSIA and the 600k palava though I have doubt too. Level 9 is entitle to a car but not immediately, so there's possibility of level 8 also enjoying such. Also if it's true that Aisha Kyari was place on level 9 with an annual package of 32m then think about level 08. Find pictures evidence attached.

I SHA KNOW NSIA is one if not the best place to work in Nigeria

All the agencies you mention above are not on IPPISS.

Thank you brother. As a matter of fact, for people to know, accommodation allowance alone is 1.8m. It is only people who are in or have people inside can tell you as e dey go.

Tha matter of salary and benefit in places like DPR is always a guarded secret. You no fit know except you get close person for there. Na hush-hush all of them dey do.

people are just quoting salary any how grin

just dont put your hope high because some are not true and alot of the agencie's salary has change significantly with the introduction of IPPIS.
i was suprised when i saw NNPC APL for the recent concluded GT recruitment. the salary is 133k+ gross and when tax and other deduction is made, it would be 120k+ and the yearly allowance would be less than 2mill and that is for engineers oo. so i would not be surprise if DPR staff are paid 120k . the only agency i know genuinely collecting 400k+ is PPPRA . and am 99% sure that NCC are collecting less than 300k (from a reliable source).

so imaging if some body here believe what the guy above said and went to NSIA with the expectation of 600k and a car as new entry staff only to start receiving 200k+ which is the reality. cheesy

lets hopeful like us be vigilant ooo. lets not give our sefl BP with false mouth watering salary

merci wink

I laugh in Spanish. Brother, if you follow APL for jobs like NNPC and DPR, you won't take the job. What you see on APL and what you eventually get are way different. No b by what is written on APL oo, forget. I know what I'm saying.
You make me laugh.

I read online that dpr pays around 120k also but not sure..... But if FFS is paying within the same range I think it's better go for FFS because of the freedom and stress free work environment that will enable a someone to operate other side business.

DPR paying 120k?? That information is very false.

Guys brace up for a fresh recruitment next month!

If you're referring to DPR, this is a big fat lie. No new recruitment in sight anytime soon.
Rather, guys with "powerful sponsors" and all those who did "interview" recently should brace up for APL and posting. It's definitely happening this month or latest first week of December.

A new thread?

Though I have seen an old one before, not sure its the same you're referring to.

If they do not call this month, all activities will be put off until next year.

Doesn't have to be that way.
Application was opened in October 2016, interview was in December 2017.
Calls can come in anytime.

At one point they are for, at another they are against existence of "2nd batch". Bunch of clowns.

Administrative changes happened to the list otherwise, it was supposed to be out towards end of 2019.

Sarki on his resumption can't just start by releasing a list that doesn't cover his interest which is understandable.

As it is, his doing the needful, the list will be released very very soon. Call it replacement, 2nd batch or whatever. All list na list. The most important thing is to called which will eventually happen.

Now, you just said it the "proper" way.

To digress;
For some of those saying the benefits and salaries are being blown out of proportion, here is an hint

https://www.premiumtimesng.com/business/business-news/394867-dpr-paid-%E2%82%A68-billion-salary-upfront-in-january.html

Now ask yourself, why do you think this issue of their salaries and benefits has always been kept a secret.

Next recruitment is 2022. The last 2 was in 2010 and 2016. So it is every 6-6 yrs. The only ray of hope am hanging on is d yet to be completed new offices' locations at Jalingo, Osogbo, Lafia and Awka

The Oshogbo Field office has been completed and they held a general annual meeting on Safety Practices today. Don't know about the other locations though.

This TeddyX guy is just funny, snap APL and show you just to prove what? Just as he has said, he doesn't owe you anything.
When you came here to tell us of your "NNPC APL", did you snap and show anyone, stop being hypocritical.
By the way, if truly you already have NNCP appointment, what were you doing in DPR jumping from office to office, you should be getting ready to resume na.
I think you should turn this your dodo before e burn finish.

I don't think there will be second batch and my reasons are as follows but I maybe wrong. My dad put a call through to the person who was to get the Dpr slot for my younger brother last month (i have been following this thread for him from the early stage being the last person among us who is yet to secure a job),he told my dad to forget about the Dpr that they will get him a slot in the nnpc. My bro just received a congratulatory message from nnpc few hours ago.I don't think there will be second batch with that response.

Well, that doesn't mean there won't be a second batch. Time will tell. Besides, that person isn't powerful or well connected enough, people are still getting into DPR as we speak, this I am 101% sure of.
