I hope i meet you well.
I have a stunning 4 bedroom winged duplex with two 3 bedroom flats at the rear for sale.
Built less than 2 years ago in a cul de sac - private area of oko oba - Jibowu estate.

i was pretty much in the same situation with my hubby,
i tried been her friend but it didnt work out, she even went as far as telling my hubby a few things i discused with her thinking she was a "friend" ( mind you the discussions was nothing to to do about my husband).
to cut the long story short it was our marraige or her!
He called her to say they couldn't be friends anymore, i felt bad but it had to be done.
she is married with 2 kids by the way so pple would have thought she shouldn't be an issue but i thought otherwise, as she was not with her hubby at that time.
point is i know my hubby was attracted to her as she is fine.To be better safe than sorry, i couldnt let him continue with the friendship,
We are cool now!

hey larez, i think you have such beautiful designs.
The are unique.
And i feel they will sell.
Obviously as others have mentioned with gates, differnt building materials. but the plans are good.

There is a lot of money in 9ja for a selected few, (unfortunately), most time these pple dont have time to build houses and want it ready made!. but it has to be in a creme de le creme location!

wish you the best, but get expert advice form 2 or 3 pple that specialise in property sale so you canhave an idea of what the wealthy want
