pls try and rest as much as you can.

Ideally you should be drinking at least 2 litres of milk and another 2 litres of water a day, i know it is a lot, I did mine religiously. i looked 5 months pregnant with all the fluid when i hadnt even done d pregnancy test!

I know how it feels like as i have been down that road before and God was and is and will always be faithful,
I have a set of identical twins ( even when they transferred one embryo in as i had cervix issues)
Please try and rest as much as you can and drink loads of water as well.
i know we r looking at 8 weeks down the line from now but i think you should discuss having a suture in at 12 weeks or so with your OB/Gyn.

Am based in london and have been invited for this test,
I will be travelling to 9ja before the oct month end and the test is 5th of october, ( so have to travel twice)
Taking the test will cost me at least 2000 pounds of lost earnings and travel ticket.
It better be worth it )

I have a number of black spots on my legs which are obvious as I am a bit fair in complexion. The spots were caused by bruising, mosquito bites, wounds etc which as a child I scratched…. Some spots i have had for up to 20 years.

I am desperate to have the black spots less visible. I went to a laser treatment clinic and they recommend microdermabrasion. I wasn’t assessed by a dermatologist but a laser technician. I am a bit apprehensive if this treatment will work as I have read that this treatment deals with superficial skin layers i thik 20 years spots are not superficial!
They reckon I will need at least 9-12 treatment which will cost me minimum of £1700.
What is your opinion on this treatment and What would you recommend if different?

Or any ideas on cream, am currently usig ori - shea butter and bio oil, now have bought rosehip oil which i will start using,
gosh have run out of ideas now!!!!!!!!!!!!

not sure about dubai, i did mine in india. It was a 5wk intensive program to say d least. Eat, sleep and drink sap 4 d duration. Long hours in class receiving lectures then u have to do ur own private practise! Was worth it at d end though. I believe d level of training is same across d board for all sap academy centers as they use d same training notes. I know a few that went to SA and they have similar experiences. Wish u d best

I think it works, had twins almost 6months ago and now i am back in shape, actually slimmer than b4 i got pregnant ( lost 25kg)
But like what other have said you have to eat healthy stuff. I also go to the gym 1-2 a week. Try not to take stuff with sugar ( excess sugar is converted to fat), e.g fizzy drinks, anything sweet infact, drink plenty of water, try and limit fried stuff as much as you can, grilled food is better

I take acai berry tablets 2 times a day and have green tea twice a day as well,
i started taking them 3 months ago and noticed the difference withn a few weeks,

BUT you still need to eat healthy and be more active,
