The truth is...yes there r jobs ..but like in every society...U need patience and the grace of God....however if u go to big cities u will surely find a job ..no matter how little....I stand to be corrected Ohh..but the worst of my friends and na jjc..makes 7 Euro an hour and he works 20 hours a week. U do the math....he can pay his house rent with ease....and chop Belleful...from this small thing he makes 560...a month doesn't work weekends and works only four hours per day..so he can concentrate on school....others do more...and work their asses off....I dnt advise it though..study study study....go do PhD for Canada that's my own goal Ohh...
And yes it's still tuition free for now....
Also try Germany and Norway too

Lol.....U dnt need that much....that estimate is a figure based on average lifestyles from sampled perspectives. As naija boy u know wet in dey....I'll give u an example....my accommodation is 219 Euro per month...in a furnished apartment. I'm to share a flat with someone so na my room I go dey...I dnt eat out and I dnt eat much (I no wan fat again)so I'll probably spend 100 Euro per month on food ..could be more could be less...then let's say another 50 Euro on personal entertainment...a small jab could aid u half this figure per month...if u r lucky....

I just got a call from the embassy. They have revoked my residence permit on the grounds of forgery. They said I submitted a fake insurance certificate. Can you imagine? Something wey I use 31k get from that stupid mutual benefits assurance. I've been completely mad all day. I called the retarded insurance company, they kept saying "don't mind them, it's not fake. We'll TRY to explain to them". Can u imagine? "Try"!!! Omo, my brain dey hot. In case u think I'm overreacting, submitting fake documents means being banned from entering any of the schenghen states, which indirectly means being banned from entering the UK and Yankee. Them go hear from me. I'm waiting to receive my passport back and the official reason for the revocation of my permit. Mutual Benefits Assurance won't rest. They'll explain why they gave me a certificate that's different from what the others submitted.

Make I go drink small. That's the update from me.

Another day going... I still never see RP card. I don call and mail tire, still no show. Did anyone face something similar? To those who received their cards, abeg how una take do am? Please reply cos I don't know whether to be angry or sad. I suppose travel this Sunday. Time no dey again. *sigh*

I didn't get mine in Nigeria..so I dnt know the process Ohh...but I got my card within one week...of the decision
Is there any way u could visit the embassy in person...this way things could be sorted out.
There is really no need to be angry or sad....be pragmatic....go there and sort this issue out..it'll only take one day

Guys..I got my residence card today.....my appointment was originally scheduled for tommorow....but I was in the area today and the thing dey do me totori...so I just called them and rescheduled..and lo and behold I'm holding it here.....

I just got a call from the Finnish embassy to come pick my card up Ohhhh......booked an appointment with them for 2pm...Thursday....dancing shokiiii

I have a Naija international drivers license and would try to change it for Finnish one. The application costs 50 euros I think. The process here if you don't have any license prior, then you'll have to spend 2k on the driving training and another 150 for the test I think. So endeavor to bring yours if you don't want to spend a ridiculous amount of money on getting a license.

@anthocie, I'd advise you get the Ukrainian one because the international license process is not so straight forward and I'm not sure they will even accept it.

i really dont know much abt int drivers license but its expensive to get the finnish driving license. heard you have to go to driving school and all and the whole process might cost like 1 or 2k euro but with the normal 9ja driving license, u will just exchange it with theirs after doing medical test i guess. but all these int license them, i dont know how valid they are. can you get the normal ukraine license?

lol...no worries..it's not like Ull sit and they'll ask you jamb questions...they'll go through u r docs and ask only questions that arnt clear to them...especially Ur financials....take every document neccessary to prove all sources of Ur funds...if u r self sponsoring urself..take Ur employment letter and payslips..or business name registration certificate.if u r being sponsored..take Ur sponsors employment letter...payslips...the deposit slips with which money was deposited into Ur account...Ur sponsors statement of account showing the transaction....once u can prove Ur source of funds as being genuine...then u r home and dry....best of luck with Ur interview..and no worries....be smart and Ur rp is 99%guaranteed by the special grace of God...cheers

ok ..firstly I live in Ukraine...I submitted my application on the 12 th of June (online application) and went for interview on the 16TH OF JUNE......nothing happened to my status until the 29th of June...that was when it changed to pending processing...I called the embassy to ask why it took so long for them to send my details and they said there were some logistics challenges....however today..I woke up and saw my status had changed to processing....before I could shout Jesus...I got a mail stating decision made....I nearly panicked....I refreshed the page and lo and behold ...good news..letter stating rp had been granted and another one with my personal identity code...
