The letter is more like a sworn affadavit OR letter of sponsorhip.
The contents of the letter should be; Aknowledgement (consent) from you parents (if they are your sponsor) stating clearly that they can finance you generally through out your studies in bulgaria and if need be, they can include statement of account to back it up.

I think the school listed the documents they need fron you..

I would like to have my master in geology/geophysics (its related 2my 1st degree), and I cant find schools in Canada that offers postgraduate diploma (PGD) in either of geology/geophysics. Alternatively, what if I endured to have a PGD here in Nigeria before applying for my masters in Canada, would that boost my chances of being given admission for masters? please note that Geology is regarded as Earth sciences in canada for most schools, Check on university of manitoba or Brandon university, I think they have Masters for the courses
