4. I see! She should not leave even when she is emotionally, mentally or even financially abuse. (All more than valid reasons to want to leave an unfulfilling marriage, by hmm the way.) The site dey behave like NEPA/PHCN, at times it displays d SUBMIT button, other times it doesn't. This is not as a result of the device you are using because I passed through the same wahala with my phone but was able to submit an application at d end. So just be patient and keep trying.

The 100Kb limit means ur passport shouldn't be MORE than 100Kb (but can be less). So ur 97Kb is very ok.

Another thing u should know is that ur file, after uploading, wont be displayed. So u may think the upload didn't work, but trust me, it is right there. Just upload and click SUBMIT.

I was able to pass through the first page of registration for the ICPC recruitment ,I got an application ID now,I was able to logout and login again ,it is just to fill the second page and continue.
