Principal applicant age 36 with IELTS results LRWS 8.5 7.5 6.5 7 and spouse close to 40yrs with IELTS results LRWS 6757. Do we have any chance at all?
1.Can we apply through province because of our age?
2. I have Manitoba in mind and a friend is ready to nominate us
3. Is there any need for us to retake IELTS to boasts our scores.
