Thanks Tojued. I feel your impact in this group as well. I will search the thread as you said.

Tojued:

Don't be fed up, you're almost there. There's been significant improvement since your first attempt. Please follow up your remark request to ensure it is actually acted upon... Search the thread for email address of BC UK, Cambridge, send a mail to BC Nigeria asking for status of your remark with BC UK and Cambridge in copy.

You could also request remark for this latest result but don't forget to follow up with IDP Australia.

And be on your knees while awaiting your remark. It is a subjective something so Favour and Grace are very real.

Hmm...thanks. i've been using Jays technique for both writing and speaking. Even got a paid teacher to assess my essay. I use complex sentences and linking words in my essay. Dont know what to believe anymore. But as you advised, i will give your option a trial too. Thanks.

Hmmm......I might not advise you to go for remark but be ready to give it a go again. There is a reason for the persistent 6.5 in writing wch I believe one of our wonderful tutors can help you with by going tru your essay practices with you. WhatsApp me on 08026543600

Silent reader and i must say, this group is loaded. I just saw my result and i cant keep quiet anymore. I'm devastated right now. I dont know what i am doing wrong o. Ielts has been holding me down since July. First three attempt is with BC. 1st attempt: LRSW 8.5/6.5/7.5/7. 2nd attempt: 7.5/6.5/7/6.5. 3rd attempt: 8/7.5/7.5/6.5. Applied for EOR this December so i'm yet to get result. Fourth attempt is with MOD 8.5/8/8/6.5. Please what should i do as i'm fed up already. ECA has been ready since September.
that last result with MOD was so close. please don't give up yet. It will end in Joy.

I know you must have practised a lot, but writing has always been an issue for most people, including myself.
Please try to give it more time.
All the best again.

You are almost there, don't give up just yet. You should go for EOR and register for another one.

I successfully passed my IELTS on the 3rd attempt.. I got 6.5 and 6 in writing the first two attempts. On my 3rd attempt, I used only one study material for writing - Jay IELTS free YouTube videos.

I'll advise you prepare using Jay video.
Goodluck to you..

Your Express Entry profile has been reviewed and we have determined that you are not eligible for Express
Entry, you must meet the minimum eligibility criteria for the Federal Skilled Worker
Program, and/or the Federal Skilled Trades Program and/or the Canadian Experience Class. Based on the
information you gave in your profile, you do not appear to meet the minimum eligibility criteria for any of these
programs at the moment.
Below are a few examples of why a candidate will be found ineligible:
• not having a valid language test,
• language test results that are more than two years old,
• a language test score that is too low,
• not having enough relevant work experience,
• not having the required education level,
• not having enough funds.
If you still want to come to Canada as a skilled immigrant, you can take steps to improve your qualifications and
register for Express Entry at a later date. For example, you may try to improve your language score or gain a
higher level of education.

Please what next should I do? If I attempt IELTS can I modify same profiles or I have to fill another form please

Hello Nairalander,

I am new and about to start my Canada waka , I really need help on how to go about it. I already have an account with WES, and entered my degree and NECO.

I want to know if at the time I need to do ECA, am I doing for the for my degree and NECO. Or should I take the NECO off, so I will be evaluating only the B.Sc degree.

Its very possible. You invest the principal plus capital. The invest the interest to the last thousand for you.

Tojued:

That's how they do mine sha. I'm just too ignorant to explain it properly.

It can start with the very first. Tbills interest is usually paid upfront. Instead of the interest hitting your account. You can ask them to invest all together like Tojued suggested. For me it helps avoid temptation to touch the funds

Godisincontrol:

Ok. I guess it started with the subsequent transactions and not the first one

Hello my Nairaland family, Thanks to all for the good work and wealth of information on this platform. I have really benefited a lot here.

Here is my enquiry...
I will like to know if any one has information about file transfers to Etobicoke visa office? It seems my file has been transferred there and I am just wondering why. I am a US resident and my application was initially with CIO, sydney, so from past trends I felt it will be transferred to ottawa or remain with CIO.

I am also looking at ordering GCMS notes too(Aor Oct12).

Any info about transfers to Etobicoke visa office will be highly appreciated . Thanks all.

Good morning all,

Please I am in a dilemma .

I am a guy who immigrated to Canada through Manitoba PNP route; My sister who's a PR in Manitoba actually sponsored me .

After spending a year there , I got a decent job in Nova Scotia and I left for it . I am currently working in Nova Scotia now.

My worry now is that this is going to affect her sponsoring other family members of ours .

I don't want to lose this Job and I don't wanna block other members of the family who want to come to Manitoba through PNP.

This has really given me sleepless nights and unhappy moments. I am sad .

Please elders, what can I do ? What is the way out ?

Thank You.

Good morning e-family compliments of the season to you all. Please I need advise on a grossly disturbing issue which goes thus:

We got a guy to help process WAEC verification and send to WES on behalf of my wife, brother and his wife, unknown to us the guy collected the money but got waec letter head and forged signatures on the verification.

My brother's wife's verification scaled through, my wife's own is still pending but my brother's own was rejected because waec notified wes that it was not authentic. He has however verified his first degree and foreign masters degree.

Below is a screen shot of wes's mail to him:

Dear ×××××××××,

Thank you for choosing World Education Services (WES).

REPORTING INSTITUTION: West African Examinations Council

World Education Services Inc.(WES) has been advised by the reporting institution named above that the documents submited for evaluation are not authentic.

In accordance with our stated policy, your application has been cancelled. All documents will be retained by WES and fees will not be refunded. WES will notify all the appropriate authorities.

WES cautions you against using these documents for any purpose.

Best Regards,

WES Customer Service

My suggestion to him is to register with wes again and start the process all over again and personally process the waec verification and re-send to wes to correct the negative reporthings.

Has anyone had a similar issue? How was it handled?

Family, your advise is highly appreciated

Thank you all
