I think Igbos will take a hit from the oil price decline but not much compared to other people in the South like the Niger delta whose budget will fall below redemption as only 830B will be available for budget however i think only N211B will be available for 13% derivation sharing for all the Niger delta stat Can someone confirm.

The budget at present is a proposal made by the executive arm of government. It is still subject to final appropriation and approval by the national assembly. Once the process is completed and the appropriation bill is signed into law, the full details will be published by the budget office. Except the national assembly decides to release the 2016 budget proposal to the public, you may not get it on the website of budget office because it is not a law yet.
