Am sure my nin is correct although i just editted my data some months back, of which has been validated

I had similar issues.

This happened as a result of mismatch of information provided (the information provided does not tally with what is on your NIN, hence this.)

Solution:

i. I'm assuming the information on your NIN is the correct one. (If not, you'll have to go and update it from NIMC office)

ii. You go back to the capture office to correct it.(this takes time to reflect though,. Especially if you're DIY)
