BADNEAT: it is enough crime to be working anywhere in this country as a Nigerian without an nysc discharge certificate or an exemption letter...and for the fellow to be gainfully employed by a federal firm,it means she either got the appointment through false pretence or any other illegal means...I'll recommend to the Dg Nysc to give her an extension of one service year without pay, effective from when her current service year is to end Who b this guy ? A university degree is not the highest educational qualification!!! Maybe it is in ''gorilla-land'' sha... where dey give u guys un-ripe plantain as certificate!! |

CoachFaith: “Sir, can we all become entrepreneurs? And if not, what advice do you have for those of us who look forward to being gainfully employed?”
A young man delivered a dazzling lectures at NYSC Orientation Camp Nkewere LGA of Imo State that changed and determined my passion in life.
He titled the talk “The Jobs Are No More, So Think Entrepreneurship!” I thought, what a great Topic… so I had a tough time battling with rushing thoughts during his ‘sweet’ presentation and at the end I was opportune to ask a question.

I asked, “Sir, can we all become entrepreneurs? And if not, what advice do you have for those of us who look forward to being gainfully employed?”
Unfortunately, he never answered the question. He instead passed a cruel remark on me
He relied “…only lazy people think that way”.
I also wish he never answered me that way because he was booed off the stage and literally ‘Control Z’ all the nice impression he had made.
After my NYSC in 2011, I embarked on a JOB SEARCH ADVENTURE - Took about 26 interviews in 3 years! Changed Job 4 times between 2011& 2013, Completed a Masters Degree in Personnel Psychology...all in the bid to answer my own Questions & Help you with the same!
I Presently work as a Administrative Officer (HR) @ Federal University Oye-Ekiti. Having sat on a couple of interview panels, I have compiled those daunting questions that I have heard or asked at panels. This E-book addresses a portion of my June-2010-unanswered-question.

Good evening Dr randv, I appreciate what u av been doing with this wonderful thread.... please I do not know exactly the kind of skin that I have, but one thing I do kno is that my face seems to be oily almost all the time, gets dry as soon as I take my bath or wash my face, only to be oily a while later, I break out a lot, although, it has reduced over the years, mostly blackheads, it hides under my skin, I use to carefully squeeze it out, I meant carefully because it will get irrited otherwise, blackheads is not something that jus disappears, as soon as I spot the black layer, I squeeze it out to completely bring out the round like whitish stuff, then it leaves a tiny hole depending on the size, also, I have black spots and scars on my face .....
Anyways, I recently got ''funbact a''' Ghana. Marketed.... I need to know if it will work fine with my face.... I use safeguard soap lemon fresh.
Thanks in advance... |

patrick89: One unique thing about igbos is their "I can do" spirit! Its only in igboland that you will see a handicaped man/ woman successful. You will see crippled men going to school, teaching repairing things. You will see blind, deaf and dump doing one thing or the other, had it been it were in the north or west they will troop to the street begging for arms. Their is nothing like handicap in the east, they ride modified motorcycle. As much as I hate to admit it, you r very ryt!!! |

paulbets: I think the "Mobilization Status" is to notify you that you have been mobilized for Batch A which we already got from nysc + call-up No immediately after the online registration. Hence I like to think that the calendar date of April 13th & 14th is not necessarily applicable and does not mean we will get our posting status notification on the above date.
though they can chose to do otherwise, which is very much possible as they have already given us mobilization status and call-up number earlier than proposed by the said calender. GBAM!!! |
