You made salient points here but I think he shouldn't marry any woman of his age (45years) or a woman older than him. He shouldn't gamble with having kids at his age too.

Adding infertility problems to the already stated problems na " Hell be that na". He should get a very young and productive lady. He can prep her for marriage later but invest with her in productive businesses.

In this short write-up,
You highlighted 3 most important stuffs which include joblessness, marriage and 2M.

My verdict ( personal opinion)
At this point/age what you need the most are kids & a source of livelihood (something that keeps one going and well fed).
You didn't mention kids here but I will take it that you don't have any for now until cleared.

At this struggling point, u don't really need a wife now except you are 💯% sure that the woman is coming into your life with so much added values.
There are women who are very productive out there. Those are the type you must gamble with henceforth, should in case one gets pregnant u can confidently wife her.

I recently visited Nigeria after many years outside, I can tell you that 2M will vaporize in just a few seconds even when handled well. So that's not financial capital as it used to be, hence the reason you must invite productive people into your life
