@op guess u must be a corper serving in that college. I served in that kanta unity college in year 07/08. Its alarming to know that up till now the hostel Conditions is still deplorable. The issues of matress has been there right from time. I remember as the CLO of the corpers in the college it was difficult liason with the management of the school to get mattresses for corpers then. Most students as of then still slept in mats and bare bonk beds. It's sad what this country is cos am sure there has been yearly provisions for mattresses but it has been embezzled by past managements
Peter Obi Rejects VIP Treatment, Assists Stranded Nigerians At Abuja Airport (Photos, Video)
Former Anambra State governor and 2023 presidential aspirant on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party, Peter Obi, came to the rescue of passengers who had been kept waiting for over 24 hours at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja, IGBERETV reports.
On Monday morning, Peter Obi refused to board his flight at Abuja airport in order to assist stranded Nigerians.
Obi who has been traveling across the six geopolitical zones to consult stakeholders and party members over his presidential bid, was reportedly moved by the plight of the travelers.
IGBERETV gathered that Air peace, for unknown reason delayed Abuja-Benin flight for 24hrs, since, Sunday. On Monday morning, they reneged on the 7am rescheduled flight, for no reason. This led to argument as the situation got rowdy.
While the argument was going on, Peter Obi arrived at the airport enroute to Jalingo.
IGBERETV also gathered that Air Peace officials offered him a VIP treatment by attempting to pass him through a different boarding but Peter Obi declined, and went further to question why ordinary Nigerians like him were stranded at the Airport.
But Obi decided to stand amongst other travelers. He immediately made some calls and all the stranded passengers were boarded.
The over happy crowd erupted in chants of Obi! Obi! Obi! at the airport. Many snapped photos with him.
Twitter user, @Chude__ shared the video with the caption;

Same thing I experienced too. Zenithbank has held my money since October last year. Made a complaint severally even to cbn as well till date no response no ŕesults. quote author=chieveboy post=109768740]Guys, I want to let you all know that you should forget about contacting the CBN, it is all effort in futility. They are more useless.
I made a transaction with Zenith bank since last year May which failed and the money never reversed. After very three months, I contacted this same CBN email. I want to tell you all that this CBN complaint handle is equally useless as Zenith bank who withheld the money despite acknowledging the fault till today.
Just go hang yourself if you want simple things to work in this country.[/quote]

I don't use ATM on the account. Am surprised how they were able to debit me
OceanEye: The first thing I expected you to do is to transfer all your money into another account. Unless you have no ATM card, that's the first thing to do. Just last month, my brother's phone was stolen and we quickly went to an atm machine to transfer over 500k to another account. Thankfully only 3k got missing.
Those banks are too sluggish to take action on blocking your account on time.
I don't do internet banking.vNo ATM attached to the account not even used transfer. That's y I am surprised how they were able to do the transfer. I have printed statements of account from my bank. Don't know what next line of action to take
Kamdil: check your bank statement, you will see the transfer details.
If you are using internet banking, login to your account ,check the transaction history ,you will see the recipient account details. If not,go to your bank for the statements of transaction you will see the date, time, and account details.
Good day all. Please I need advice. My phone was stolen on the 17th of December. Before I rushed down to my bank o block my line from the account which was done. Today I visited my bank to see that about 110,000 naira has been withdrawn from the account. Please I need advice on how to track the stolen phone or to be able to track the transactions to know who debited the money from the account.
Please any advice would be entertained. Thanks all
