Yes you can use Payza to transfer to your brother in the UK provided he has Payza account to receive it.
It will be done at your bank's exchange rate to USD, which may be close to what you have on abokifx.com or you ask your customer service.
The limit of the amount you can transfer is determined by your card issuing bank, which you can contact your bank to find out.

Yes sir, that's even the easiest of the wire transfer unlike wiring it to your naira bank account, which will be credited to you at lower bank/official rate to US dollars.

You mixed it up. It's Payza that funds Nigerian dom in Euro not Neteller. Yes, I have successfully funded GTBank dom last year from Payza.

Let me explain how the AC system works.
The compressor pressures the system, it sucks the gas from the big hose and forces it into the small hose ( low pressure side is the big hose, high pressure side is the smaller hose), when this happens, the temperature of the high pressure gas rises, then it goes into the condenser as a hot high pressure gas, the condenser is a radiator for the AC system it gets rid of the heat in the gas, when it is too hot then the fan kicks in to help on the heat exchange, then the removal of heat will make the gas to become liquid and goes to another radiator in the cabin compartment, this radiator is called evaporator, ( As its name implies it is the exact opposite of the condenser, if you know your state of matter in ss1 physics abi chemistry) but the refrigerant must pass through a device called the expansion valve in some cars or orifice tube in others, before getting into the evaporator, evaporate into a cold low pressure gas, your blower motor blows air over the cold evaporator and cools the car interior.

I am having this issue with my 08 toyata matrix.

The AC only cools at night, and still not very sharp...but better than day, especially when very hot.

The AC guy said the compressor as a low pump, so i got another for 17k.

The issue now is this one is worse. Doesn't even cool in the day at all except on top speed. Now am beginning to feel it wasn't a compressor issue, but the AC guy insists the other compressor has low pump and this is better.

This issue now is when he checks the guage of the gas when not cooling, its high to 60, but when he pours water on the condenser it starts cooling, and drops to like 40.

Now he said the fan is not the fan meant for the Matrix, thats why its not cooling, trully the fan have been changed before. He said its not sucking enough air.

But the issue is the first compressor was still cooling abit at day time, but this is not at all. And he claims its cos this new compressor is working fine with high pressure, that is why its failing as air is not flowing to the condenser well.

The older compressor still cools a little even in hot sun. Just a little. Enough for u sitting in front with fan on 3. But that is still abnormal.

The compressor i just got does not cool at all in the day. Except u on top speed, then it cools a little.

Note condenser is not blocked as it has been flushed of late with high pressured water.

1. Which comprossor is better with what i explained so far

2. Could it be the fan trully?

3. Are both compressors bad?

I suspect your condenser. If not blocked, it may be a single cell, which is not delivering enough cooling like double cell condenser.

How do i transfer money (in Naira) to a company's account in London (also a naira account). This company operates a naira account with Barclays Bank PLC, London.

I intend to send about 2M naira, hence, i can't use Western Union/Moneygram because of the quarter restriction of 1,000 USD or its equivalence as stipulated by CBN.

The bank, Barclay, should be able to give you guide on how to send to them from Nigerian naira and/or your Nigerian bank can help too. But you need to know what exchange rate Barclay will use for you to credit naira over there because if you even use your bank here to send without $1000 limitation, will Nigerian banks agree to send naira for you from here? If you are bring dollars or pounds to be transferred from your Nigerian dom to Barclay naira, will you be comfortable with the exchange rate at which it will be applied over there? Aside all these, I will suggest you contact GTbank UK and Union Bank UK to know how they can help you through their Nigerian bank offices. Visit gtbankuk.com and unionbankuk.com to get their contacts. I know Barclay Bank has a Nigerian contact address too in Osborne Foreshore, Ikoyi but they never responded to me.

I think opening a euro account will depend on the country you choose when registering a Neteller account. I want to believe USD is the default for Nigerian Neteller account. I also know that no matter which country you open, you can also open different countries' currency wallets after logging in by having Euro wallet in addition to your USD. I know you can only withdraw to the bank account you verified with your Neteller account. So if Euro account is part of your account balance, Neteller should be able to allow you withdraw to that Euro dom account. So you would be opening a Nigerian Neteller account with Nigerian card and Nigerian Euro account linked/verified with it for this to work.
