it may interest you to know that nigerians cannot withdraw in USD via neteller. According to them, they don't have USD withdrawal, you can only withdraw other currencies. That is the message i got from them when i tried withdrawal to my dom account. I had to sell it to those who need to get naira

Thanks for the update. Please confirm that your Neteller is Nigerian account. Are Euro and Pounds Sterling among the currencies allowed for Nigerian withdrawal? Legalwealth told me yesterday that he had the option to withdraw Neteller funds into Nigerian domiciliary account. Please check up and revert.

I would guess dollar is more universal than the rest but it surely depends on which country Neteller account you want to open and which bank you intend to be withdrawing into. If you are opening Nigerian account, then you'd better chosen USD because you are interested in receiving dollar here, and any mistake to choose Naira means that your funds will arrive here and be credited to your naira bank account.

Although, Neteller supports all currencies such that you can choose in the settings that if you receive any other currencies, it will be converted to dollar of your choice but at their own exchange rate. Nevertheless, Payza fund arrives Nigerian bank only as Euro from Norway or Finland, in which some banks like GTbank will insist that you open Euro dom account. Otherwise, they will return your fund to Payza.

Payoneer has stopped withdrawal to Nigerian bank since last year. So you can neither use domiciliary or naira account with it. When it lasted, it was possible to withdraw to naira but not domiciliary bank account.

You cannot, Nigerian PayPal does not store balance. You can only use it to make payment directly debiting from your linked bank card.

That's my concern. Some persons I paid in the past while PayPal flagged their transfer as fraudulent, I was at loss because I had already paid them whereas PayPal cancelled my withdrawal and reversed the fund to them. That's the reason for seeking complete withdrawal before payment as a proof of non-fraudulent source.

At such dollar critical time like this, these methods will help you get dollars to your domiciliary bank account but not at cheap rate. It is not better than bank rate but cheaper than black market (abo.ki) rate.

Simply open Nigerian Payza and/or Neteller accounts online. Verify each of them. Any of the two will allow you to fund by various methods including funding/upload from your Naira card. Therefore, you can fund at your bank's card usage rate and subject to CBN card limit regulations. You can buy additionally from exchangers here. From Payza or Neteller, you can withdraw into your domiciliary bank account and then do what you want with it.

The seller will have the necessary information they usually give but on Western Union website, you will see beneficiary names, bank and account details especially ABA routing number or Swift code.

Any of the Nigerian banks can do that for you as long as you have domiciliary account with funds in it. But if you intend to use your naira account, then it must be a CBN approved forex transfer or import and a bank that will support or allow you to fill CBN Form A or D for such CBN approved FX. But why not WU / MG?

You've to wait for an SMS or e-mail alert from your bank that carries the account linkage (verification) four digit codes before you can successfully link the card to the PayPal account.

Depending on the card and bank, you should get it within 72 hours. I got mine instantly when I linked it though.

Waiting for Nigerian bank SMS or email alert is unreliable. Simply get internet banking access to your account and log in to see the PayPal code within the 48 hours stipulated or visit your branch for your bank statement.

My understanding is that: you can transfer fund from your account to any recipient in any banking institution. If you use your card on ATM where you were charged ATM fee, the bank will refund the first five fees every month such transaction occurred. There will be no account services fee unlike some accounts do have per month. Also the minimum account opening to activate your account is $500, which is still your money

It is the same rate bank is giving you dollar abroad from ATM that they give you when you pay by POS abroad. The only free you meant is that no additional charge on POS usage unlike ATM withdrawal. Never think it is a bit higher than CBN. It is near BDC/Mallam rate the banks are charging. Read up several threads here on Nairaland to see reality of situation on ground.

So basically all you do is buy, send to amazon and sit back expecting your money, but amazon takes a cut from your sales for services rendered.

Read the information again, and you will come across words like checkbook, debit visa card, wire transfer. I think all these are enough means of funds withdrawal from the account.
