I did not want all these delays of them sending the card from head office to branches in days. That was the reason I went straight to their head office in Marina and the anonymous (non-personalized) cards were available. Since I filled the application form requesting personalized card, they immediately put the card into the machine and my names and expiry info were embossed immediately. They entered it into the system and it was active. I was just asked to go the ATM machine side and slot in the card, change the default pin that came with it. I then took like 1 or 2k and paid into the card account. As the teller was entering the payment at the counter, the alert was entering my phone. Every thing was completed under 30 minutes. No need to go to one local or far away branch where you will be waiting for days or weeks to receive ordinary non-personalized option of the Africard that supposed to even be available in all their branches. Nor will I need to meet a branch that does not have the right info for questions you may ask about the card.

Simply go to Nigeria Immigration Service office in your state or locality and you will register and pay the necessary fees. Depending on if you want express option from them or the touts loitering around there, you may pay as high as 15-18k or you do normal procedure/time may be between 10-12k. mkmyers alerts seem like forex alerts to me and not betonmarkets. Can you state it in a way that I will know it is BOM, like telling whether we should place put/call or rise/fall trade instead of just saying the currency pair will fall below x.xxxx value by 23:00 hrs. I do not seem to understand what kind of trade alert you want me to do by that. Whether it's to place rise or fall, I dont know. Kindly come clearer pls for newbie.

It depends on which site you mean by abroad. At least my naira funded UBA visa africard works on amazon US website and so you spend your naira.

I cannot remember if it was by phone I activated all my E*Trade cards I ever got but I think the card comes with instruction of how to activate online too. If not write them email to complain or call the number given for US activation or customer service to complain. What kind of account did you register with them? How? Because I know they don't accept Nigerians again even as far as 2005/6 when I opened my bank account with them?

Fxbomovi: please always quote the value as at when you placed your alert so that those reading your alerts before the 5 hours period can know if we can still place trade by comparing the value as at when the alert came with the value when we just log on to see. Don't try that touch/touch not option because the value they put there for touching are usually far from what the market value will rise or fall to. The touch/touch not option usually have larger payout but if you look at the market trend, the signal may not fall or rise to the target value they will put for you to win for a long period of days or even weeks.

Bendazum did not ask for payment initially but people (believing he is not the same user Mr. Temple) started asking for the service. We should not blame him, though the cost seem higher too compare to sms cost and number of days per month. I even gave suggestion to those asking for the sms alert that if the same phone for alert is what they will use to place the trade, then they can still be online to NL on same phone regularly till alert comes. I have been following this trend and I used the alert for my binary options trading. Though there is no 8 hr option but I hope it works for my chosen time frame.

For those complaining of funding, I just funded within minutes my BOM account from my GTB mastercard instantly and I placed trade on the given alert.

Can you enlighten us how and where you are able to send money outside from Nigeria by Western Union. I am surprised you said so affirmatively. Is that a new development and which bank handles that?

I will not advise you to use GTB because when I tested sending $50 from my DOM to my US bank account, GTB charged about $50 on that transfer though allowed me choice to pay the charges from my Naira account. But with my Moneybookers UK account, I can easily and instantly transfer from my GTB naira mastercard to my foreign accounts just as I am about helping a friend to his US card now only at moneybooker's fee of 1.90%

My GTB naira mastercard works with my skrill (moneybookers) account. I just upload my naira to mb instantly and from there my usa account/card. But it's not much accepted as this uba visa africard.

Very simple, go and deposit it at your bank but if you don't have DOM account to receive the clearing, then the bank will clear and give you naira equivalent at their own rate.

I do not understand what you mean by not seeing indication. I guess you are using the poster's instruction on forex trading. I have actually been using it on binary options trading anyway. I could not give feedback last nite for the last trading I repeated to expire by end of the day. I actually slept of but just checked this afternoon in class and discovered it won at the end of yesterday's trading 71% again.
